Oly's Doggie Spa & Grooming

I took my cat in for her first groom today. Shelly is amazing! I thought there would be issues because my cat has never been around other pets or people but apparently not. Shelly said there were no problems at all. I'm happy with the haircut Callie got and will definitely take her back.

Went in for my dog's grooming appointment and right in front of me was a groomer, berating a poodle fornbeing matted. She was clearly annoyed and was pulling at the dog's fur with her tool. Since my dog was scheduled with a different groomer, I reticently went ahead with the appointment. When I picked up my dog, she was upset, her cut was sub par, her pads were rough-and-her nails were sharp and long. We will not be back!

Horrible cut could have done better self... Won't go back there ever! Shaved so close to his skin I'm surprised he doesn't have razor burn! Its very Uneven ! The last picture is what he looked like before he got a butchered shave ! I'm heart broken and concerned about what they did to my dog! Obviously take no pride in their work!

I can't say enough good things about the teeth cleaning service that my little guy got!! He's a rescue who's had bad teeth since I got him 5 years ago and he's had many teeth pulled. This was his first time getting his teeth cleaned without anesthesia and they did a fantastic job!!Highly recommend taking your dog there. Price is very reasonable compared to sedation cleaning.

Nice selection of products! Shout out to the grooming salon. It is not an easy job. Shelley is kind and great with pups AND kitties!

Been there half a dozen times in the last few months. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The store is well stocked and reasonably priced. Just had my cat in to get his claws clipped. It took all of acouple of minutes.

Got my baby in right away for a clean up! Fast service, amazing staff! They did a great job! I secretly watched through the glass and they were SOOOOO good with my baby. Hugs and kisses and “good girl” through the whole groom!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I want to start by saying.. I've been taking my dog Zoey here for approximately 3 years. Overall experience with the treatment was decent. I have a Husky/ Shepard so we deal with a lot of hair to say the least. I am writing this review today because a couple weeks back we booked an appointment to get the works done. Shampoo, condition, undercoat removal, nails trimmed and an overall trimm of her coat. Later that night I noticed her starting to scratch a lot and thought it was strange because she doesn't normally do that. The next morning I noticed a bunch of hair mats starting to fall off of her. It kept on getting worse and worse. I decided to do a full inspection and her tummy is completely raw and covered in scabs and heat spots. The heat spots were all over her body.. her stomach, hind legs and back! The shampoo wasn't fully washed out her her coat which caused the skin to be so irritated her hair started to fall out. We had to shave almost half of her to relieve the pain! They also charged to 100 dollars for this visit and didn't finish the job!Upon a couple visits to the vet it has costed up nearly $400 dollars of vet bills and our poor dog has a skin infection and will be on medication for the next month to two months because of their incompetence.Moving forward I will never be taking my animals to them or recommending them to anyone I know!I wish there was an option to leave zero stars!Cheyenne

They're so good to my cat when I bring her in for grooming occasionally. Very friendly staff and great service.
