I’ve been coming to this place for years now and the guy who owns and works here is just phenomenal!He takes great care of you and your needs! He direct bills insurance companies which is amazing! His selection of sunglasses and prescription glasses is top notch! Brand and designer names!I love coming here! We always max out my insurance every 2 years for glasses and the service and quality of care he provides is just wicked!I love coming here! When I’m in the area I always make it a point to pop in and say hello!Thank you Primrose Optical! You’re just super!

The staff is good and friendly, the reason I’m giving 2 stars is that I did my frame selection 6 days ago, and they told me that it’ll be done by Friday when I came today they still don’t have it, and I didn’t like this inconvenience I’d ask you to please not do that and prepare the order the day you say.

I called the clinic for eye exam however they only will book you for test if you will buy eye glasses or sunglasses! I believe that this is a form of discrimination to patients! They are not treating everyone equally! What if you only have for the money for the test and you don't have coverage? They will not take you? It is bad enough that you have to pay for the test make it worst that you need to buy something from the clinic to access health services! I will definitely bring this to College of Optometrist of Ontario!

My partner got his glasses here and when he told me his experience I was appalled!! He is English so he was unsure of how eye exams were done here. He wasn't allowed to take his prescription with him! The glasses they had did not look good. So he felt forced to buy an ugly pair of glasses for a lot of money. You are legally obligated to give someone their prescription. This happened a little while ago but I would like to warn people not to go here!

I have been getting my glasses here for years.. The staff is friendly and patient and the owner is amazing.. I moved out of town and still come here as they make their customers feel welcomed!! 5/5

I have been coming here for a week now and the guy who runs this place is amazing and offers incredible service! He will take care of your needs for glasses and offers direct billing and gets your prescription in very quickly!This place is where it’s at for eye care!

I don't know if they changed owners in the past little while or not. My first experiences were amazing!! Yesterday not so much.I have ODSP coverage. I had gotten my prescription filled there before, no problems and it was all covered. I was happy as a clam! :) I recommended them to many people.I'm due again for an exam and new glasses and I wanted to give them my business. I also needed a pair fixed I was going to get done on top of everything else.I didn't see the previous man I had dealt with who was very kind and understanding.I went in to book the appointment. I asked about the exams re Covid. I had been delaying due to covid. I asked out of habit do you take ODSP, he said no. Looked down and that was it...he checked out. Very RUDE! My friend was in shock.Do you KNOW how that makes someone feel? We're not on Disability because we're lazy it's because we have a disability. We HAVE coverage.Thanks for making me invisible, and not important enough to waste your precious time on me. I was going to inquire about the last time I did business there but, I figured there is no sense.I had enough BS from this guy who only pulled on his mask when he seen people. Yeah, I seen that. Not too Covid Compliant .If you happen to get the nice gentlemen, you'll have a lovely experience. If you happen to get the guy who works on Fridays keep walking. If you're on ODSP, keep looking.

I bought glasses there for 100$ that I found on Amazon for 20$. I asked for my money back and they said no refund yet they have no paper that says it in their store. In order to not deceive customers they should make a written notice about it and post it on a wall where people can easily see it. This place is not professional at all. Just want to rip you off to make their own profit. One star only and if possible no star at all. I only choose one star so that I can write the review.
