Really good quality clothing and like the styles too. Glad it's designed in Canada. It is recycled fabric which is really cool. Only downside I felt was that they seem to have distribution problems that filter down to the customer, and bad returns policy. No XL or Large in store for anything. Have to order it online, but final sale items can't be returned, so the customer suffers in the end. They would not allow me to order to the store to try on. I was happy to order 2 sizes of each to the store if I could return the item that don't fit, but they wouldn't allow that. They had tons of stock in their warehouse apparently. From my experience talking with friends, customers are go where the policies are support of them. Having a good return policy, especially when purchasing online can lead to eCommerce success. That was Amazon's road to success.

A couple of weeks ago I went to this store and was helped by Mia! I wasn’t sure where to start and she picked out a few pieces she thought I might like, and after trying them on - she was exactly right! They fit my body shape really well and left me feeling confident (which doesn’t always happen when shopping for clothes). Thanks for the help Mia and great service!!

Still no refund after 2 full months!! I was charged for a hat twice and have sent numerous emails to get my money back for the second charge. They have snowballed me and have never given me my refund. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. This place is definitely Crooked!! Watch your receipts, they actually stole from me and wont return my money!!Rourke Howard

It looks like a glorify thrift store, the clothes look and feels cheap, the only good thing they have is the staff, they are really nice at the store, I felt they genuinely wanted to help, but they couldn't.If you buy online, it doesn't say finale sale, you don't even realize until you want to return and then costumer support tell you, well all items end in .97

Honestly, customer service was amazing here! First time at this location, (I usually browse or make purchases on the online website), and the staff on that day were fabulous! Greeted guests right away as they enter the store, ensure the size of the product I was getting was the right size, very social, and the atmosphere was just comfortable and nice. Shout out to all the amazing girls there! Will definitely be coming back to this location :)

Went in just to browse their selection as I had not been to a Frank and Oak store in a while. Was greeted by a very friendly staff member - Mia, who proceeded to explain the sales that they had going on. She showed me the inventory of selection, and proceeded to help me with whatever I needed throughout the shopping process (change room, different sizes). She was super friendly and helpful - and I could tell that it was an upbeat vibe for all of the other associates as well by the way they were interacting with each other. It was a really positive experience and would return in the future (largely in part because of Mia's efforts).
