Worst company. Don’t trust them they will ripped you off. The manger gust hung up my phone call in my face because I asked for a refund( they charged me because I accepted verbally without me signing on any paper)I have the rats for three months now.Please find someone else to do the job. They will ripped your money with no benefit.So frustrating.I can’t imagine the manger hung up on the customer. He is male just to be clear. So disrespectful.

I found a deceased bat (my cat got it) in my home and called Abell right away. Andrew G came the next day and was so thorough with his inspection. Kind, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I ended up having so many questions and he had such interesting answers and like if work! The best part is that since having no prior experience or knowledge with bats, I didn’t feel pressured to spend money and he was very honest and frank about what needed to be done. I hate being pressured to buy things and based on my experience with him - I didn’t feel that at all and felt empowered with knowledge. Will definitely be my go to for pest control and questions!
