I have to make a trip to Simcoe from St Thomas about once per month - I always stop at Mennomex. It doesn't matter what it is you order, the food is ALWAYS fantastic. I also grab my favourite hot sauces from their pretty expansive selection.

Had the worlds largest breakfast boreto, it was friggin' awesome. Not a chance I could ever finish the Brick" and the people there are super fantastic. Can wait to go back again!"

What an awesome place! I had no idea this particular combination (Mennonite and Mexican) existed. It was interesting to learn about the history there. Bolts of cloth and sewing supplies right alongside authentic Mexican groceries in one store!We had breakfast burritos, a quesadilla, and four gorditas. All were delicious. The staff was really really busy (it was peak lunch hour) and they worked very hard but remained calm, friendly, and patient.There are picnic tables at the back - very clean and inviting, like everything else about this place. We'll be making it a regular stop whenever we're in the area. A great discovery!

Great selection of Mexican chips but it's too bad I went for a burrito and was served a sloppy bland mess prepared on a dirty grill. Was not impressed considering how others have talked this place up to me. I'll be back just for tasty chips but will not be getting any take out again.

Best salsa I've ever had.Really cool to have access to all the imported sauces and spices to make authentic Mexican food at home. Even fresh vegetables grown by locals. A great spot

Came here many years ago when i visited canada and was amazed at how delicious the breakfast burritos were, probably the best burritos i have ever tasted. I came back last year and they were still tasty as ever but i noticed filling size had reduced which was dissapointing. I still crave the breakfast burritos and wish there was a mennomex in Australia.
