I called them couple of days ago before my boyfriend driving exam to make sure all is good. They told me to come in at 7:30am to rent a car since his exam is at 8:15am. We arrive at 7:30am as told, only to be told later to go at 7:58am to rent a car. 8:04am nobody is there, his exam is soon. Then finally when someone shows up they tell him to go register first at the SAAQ and then come rent a car... horrible communication. Very unprofessional. Disappointed.

Hello,I have been trying to plan my practical driving course for two months now and have been redirected and given directions that ALWAYS change from phone agent to phone agent. For example I am told that I cannot go in person to schedule my and on the SAME DAY just to test another agent tells me that I have better luck if I show up in person.Therefore, as you can see, I have clearly tried to contact my school several times every week and to get the right information and nothing is feasible. Furthermore, the email given in your automatic message is not even working.Can I take my driving lesson? Would I be penalized for an inefficient system? Should I pay again for an extension of my courses?Please call me to resolve the situation,Have a great day,

Horrible customer service. Had to stay up until midnight to get appointment 10 weeks later and then they called to move appointment. They left a voice mail by calling my son at school during school hours and when we returned call, appointment was no longer available. Garbage customer service and Martina gives bad customer service. Please stay away from Technic Galeries Laval.After this review, they even requested we email them with details and our contact and they never even bothered to get in touch with us. Proves our point how bad customer service is.

These 5 stars go straight to Mary Soleil!!!Of course the whole Quebec system can be frustrating with all of its requirements. But a few people at this school took time to invest in me, and I could tell they wanted me to succeed. Passed on my first try! Thank you!

I have filed a complaint to the schoolboard for the lack of professionalism and my personal experience.The price is not worth the lessons of countless useless teachings done from certain poor teaching methods. Retaking courses are expensive itself. I would much rather hire a private teacher than to use money and time towards this school.

Had an online course at 6:30pm on Zoom and instructor never showed up, wasted my evening waiting for Richard Belanger. Called in the morning and can't get in touch with anyone at technic on corbusier. We have to make some time in our schedule to take the class but you can't even make it happen when we already paid for the service, unless I get a partial refund this will stay 1 star.

Kim helped me twice in the same day and spent plenty of time making sure all of my classes were planned according to my availability and I am super grateful for the excellent service. Thank you! :)
