Susan is fantastic! I've been working with her over the last couple days to get insurance for our bikes and she has been amazing to work with. She put in a bunch of time and research to get me the best (price and coverage) policy for my needs. Could not recommend her more.

Brody was very helpful, patience, with me asking many questions. when he was not sure of an answer, he would ask his manager, in order to pass on the correct information. He is efficient in getting a quote back to you if needed and takes the time to do research where necessary. He is very pleasant to work with and takes humor with his clients which makes the experience delightful.

Getting help at this place was the best decision I made. I drove my car from Mexico and struggled for over a year trying to get it imported and insured in BC. Insurance companies had me going back and forth between them and ICBC. However, when I first came to Western Financial, Cara as well as the whole team at the office, helped me right away with the exact documents needed and gave me specific directions on how to get it done as soon as possible. Although there was some issues regarding taxes, documents, and inspections the whole team helped me every step of the way by contacting officers and explaining my situation making it so much faster. I know they have a reward for Canada's top 100 employers and I can see why, the whole team is collaborative, skillful, and it is clear they enjoy doing their job by providing what is best for clients.

After decades with W.F.G. Inc., Time to change auto, home and commercial to a new insurance company.Past 4 years - Poor service and care. High premiums. Hard to contact.

At first, they were very good and accommodating until I had an issue and needed my company insurance adjusted , was ignored multiple times from my agent Charlotte Jaeggle then dumped on Rio to pick up the pieces. took three weeks to figure out how to make a change to an insurance policy, with numerous phone calls and emails. Rio Told me to come back at 8:30 when their office opens to finish up the paperwork as we need the vehicle plates with us and Rio doesn’t start work until 930. Odd that we can’t use the same plates as these plates had been reused from another work truck but all of a sudden need to be changed. We are now in the process of changing over all our personal and company insurance to another provider. Save the headache and find a competent company who understands insurance.

I had a condo insured with them for over 3 years. Every year the premium went up substantially without any claims. Customer service is very poor with no follow up when I tried reaching out to cancel or change. Eventually when I called to cancel, they are asking for early cancellation fee.
