I often go to lunch here and the cashiers and people working always look so bored and down with life. They were super rude to us once when we dined in and kicked us out even though we were eating peacefully and bought their food. After that moment we never dined in once, however we did go buy food from there. The woman at the counter rolled her eyes at us multiple times and talked to us in a super harsh tone. I honestly don't recommend this place and they should get better and kinder staff.

best Tim Horton's I've ever visited. I've never been loyal to a Tim's location, but now i wait to get home to get my coffee. The staff here are amazing and make this location what it is. Always good for a friendly conversation and a good laugh. Keep it up guys.

Avoid like the plague. Worst staff attitude I have ever experienced in Canada. Multiple missing items from the order and very bad attitude from staff muttering under breath and insinuating I hadn’t ordered things in the first place. They should start recording the orders to avoid customers having to experience the stinking attitude of the awful staff.

My friend and I had a week after Valentine's dinner, and I had the gnocchi in Sam's famous penne alla vodka sauce.It. Was. Amazing.I even took home the last two bites that I couldn't finish so so so good. As usual Tina's never disappoints and makes excellent dishes! My friend loved his seafood linguini and finished it allllllll...

Went around 9pm tonight and was told no food items. Had to wait in the drive thru line for a good 10 mins to exit. Staff did not care at all. Cars backing out of drive thru. Horrible

Terrible customer service. I visited this location and had a terrible customer service experience. I visited the drive thru and was charged $13 for one cup of coffee . I paid for my order and then the guy confirmed my order . I told him I only ordered one cup of coffee which was cold . The guy scanned my card and redeemed my points . I told him I only ordered one cup of coffee which can’t be $13 this is not Starbucks . He told his manager who was very rude and unprofessional and did not apologize for the mistake. That day I was late for work because of their mistake . I also received a very cold coffee . After the manger charged me for the coffee. I contacted the owner of The store who emailed me after 5 days and apologized and asked me what happened . When I replied back to her she ignored my email . When I followed up with the owner whose name is rachana I told her that I am upset and she said oh if that how you feel about us . Shame on you that you are the owner of this store because you don’t know how to treat customers. Now I understand why the manager was rude because customer service comes from the top of the chain .

Upon moving to Aurora this past August, I have given this Tim Hortons location plenty of opportunities to provide friendly service when ordering my coffee and related items.I found it absolutely laughable recently that one of worst servers that I have ever experienced took it upon herself to hand me a survey slip and asked me to complete it positively.You’ve got to be kidding me!! I threw it out!!Here’s my review - Starbucks up the street should do customer service training for this Tim Hortons staff. Service with a smile instead of, “What do ya want!” Get your act together!!!
