Their showroom is absolutely stunning. I came across this place in need of balloons and I had a LOT to choose from. Their customer service is A++ and I'm looking forward to the day I need to rent something from their showroom. Wonderful company to deal with and I'll for sure be back for my next party!

Honestly the best balloon supply company I’ve ever ordered from! They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Great quality balloons. So quick with orders too. There was an issue with the delivery truck needing maintenance so my order was delayed, no fault on their end. Jenn from West Coast Balloon supply was so quick to respond to me and help!

Hands down the best balloon supply store I have found. They are so convenient, if you order before 4 pm you can literally pick it up in store or from their drop box pick up option! I’m so happy I no longer have to wait for shipping and pay a ridiculous amount just to get the balloons shipped to me! Jenn is just the sweetest & so easy to work with. I have been using Westcoast Balloon Supply for all of my party supply needs for years now, and I can confidently say that they are the best supplier for party supplies and balloons out there. They have amazing customer service and always make sure that I get what I need in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of party supplies, balloons and backdrops!!

This shop is a hidden gem! Super great service and many beautiful choices, I was able to pick up my son's birthday foil helium balloons with other deco balloons ribboned on the same day ( mind you it was just one bunch, but normally party city will make you reserve way in advance for ANY helium filled balloons, and it really sucks to rush in the morning of the party or line up to get your balloons pre-ordered way- in advance). Please go here to order your balloons!.or other decos ( I took a peak, there is a lot but didn't needed to order) I want them to stay in business! I have many more birthday parties to hold for my 2 young boys.

I had been looking for a way to get my personalized balloons inflated, and I called a few “branded” places who were not able to help me in my timeline. When I called Jenn, she was really helpful, the prices were great, and when I picked up and dropped off then product, the team was very friendly. They recommended I buy Hi-Float, and the balloons were still floating 5 days later (I know this because one got away and is still hanging out on my 12’ ceiling…). I will definitely recommend Westcoast Balloons to my friends and family in the future! When I was there I noticed they also carry really cool backdrops and decor for weddings and events!

I highly recommend this business for all your balloon needs! It was my first time including balloons at a party and Jenn (the GM) went above and beyond to help me pick out exactly what I needed. I visited their showroom for the first time looking for specific balloon colors that I couldn't quite narrow down myself. I was able to get the exact colors I was looking for with her help. She even took the time to blow up the balloons so I was able to see them in person and confirm the match.I've also spoken to them via messages on social media and they offered the same helpful service, I really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness!A+ for such great customer service, I look forward to using them more in the future.
