I got a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses from this Lenscrafters after initially going to one in Ottawa.I wasn't explained the different kinds of glasses they offer aside from being told the more expensive option is a bit better" I also felt like they were trying to upsell me. That's obvious when I am told that every pair I try looks good on me.My partner who was looking for regular glasses barely received any assistance. Anyways

They lied about the expiry date of a warranty because they didn't want to cover it. It was the last day and they said it expired already. Cheap staff. Luckily I knew someone who worked at another LC who told me the warranty was still good and processed it through them.
