They have really good prices. The gentleman at the customer service counter was very pleasant and very insightful, he directed me to the kitchen department for them to assist in making my bill since I wanted to pay with accord D financing. I already knew what items I wanted and the the items numbers (I needed items for a bathroom renovation, vanity, toilet, mirror etc). However, when trying to find someone to make a bill, I was told to go to the kitchen department. Then the kitchen department told me to go to the appliances department (no one was being served at the kitchen department). Then the kind person at appliances explained to me that I should make a bill at the kitchen department and escorted me there. I had to wait 30 minutes to be served at the kitchen department, I’m really disappointed that I’ve been just shoved around from one department to another.Update: I was served by Maude and she was very professional and helpful and apologized for the wait. She really turned things around!

I ordered an outdoor table and chairs from this store with the promise of same-day delivery. But they didn't deliver and cancelled my order for no reason. No one contacted me. It was the worst service I've ever had

99% people in here are professional and nice to customers Except A man Called Alexandra Uses un-professional languages and treat customer with bad manners. He looks people sideways and does not give helpful solutions.

I come here often because it's close to my place.has a great variety of équipement and materials.can find anything here to fix and upgrade your home

It was difficult to get service to cut the wood planks otherwise the young staff was friendly

It seems to be short staff, but the few people available are nice and helpful

The place where I find all the materials I am looking for about the house has a lot of staff, there is always someone ready to help

Clean place - usually find what you are looking for in a hardware/seasonal store. Good customer service overall. They have a very good outdoor seasonal area with good choices. I buy all my cedar mulch here and earth every year. Best price and quality. Overall the prices are competitive in every area.Some services are impacted by staff shortages unfortunately. Tried to get some lumber cut but the cutting department has been closed for 4-months now …

Terrible customer service. Ordered interior doors and order was partially received with errors. Appear to have no organized process for custom orders, impossible to communicate with anyone if questions or concerns. So disorganized that I actually received a call from the store saying my order was available for pickup and upon arrival was told there was no order, and that they were unsure who had notified me or when the order would even arrive.

I want to thank Sara the manager for her extreme help , and Pierre the service he provide was excellent and Alexandre who help me with the BBQ purchase, wow what a service what a high class vip treatment I was walking around and employees asking me for my need I never see this kind of service anywhere else I felt like a king in m’y Kingdom I felt so special I felt paradise on earth thank you RONA so much for the experience I will never forget this is my store now this Rona location is my kingdom from now on here where I buy anything and everything I need for my house and all family you guys make me feel sooooooooo good thanks the management for the effort for the well training and everything organized
