The staff was extremely rude. Over charged my credit card 300$. When I tried to contact them. Initially they would answer then hang up eighth away. Took me over an hour to get someone in the line and once I did the man was extremely rude saying “lady you are T even listening to me” which I was. I just wanted the extra charge back. Which should not have been charged in the first place. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE!

Clean building just lock your vehicle and leave nothing valuable in it. We chased people out of the lot twice in the middle of the night. Other then that this place is decent for a nights rest. Staff were friendly and honest with the room rates etc.

Friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The decor is dated and the rooms smell old. But for the price it’s all good. Good location close to everything. I’ll definitely be back.

Good price, mediocre location, basic quality. Awesome for someone wanting to stay budget. Fast/easy traffic connecting to the airport and downtown if you drive. The surrounding areas are mainly industrial land mixed in with other motels. It is far from appealing. The guest service is minimal. Wait at the counter for 5 minutes and no ring/bell was available. Never picked up my calls. Amenities are dated but sufficient including WiFi, free coffee, TV and AC. The building definitely needs some work.

This place was a last minute booking due to an overnight flight delay, and the prices are quite decent despite being booked the day of staying.The location is quite difficult to reach if you're not driving, as there are several large road intersections and industrial factory locations that make traversing by foot quite difficult (but definetly not impossible, evidently as I walked here 900m from the bus stop).Once inside, the lobby is decent for a motel/budget hotel, with air conditioning and some free coffee (I think it's free? I didn't drink.....) the gentleman with the pink hair, as per other review(s), was very nice, and handled the check in process seamlessly, and before long I proceeded to my room.The room itself was very great considering the rating of this budget hotel, with comfortable bedding, very effective air conditioning, coffee, cup, and other necessary accessories for use. The bathroom consists of a usable sink, countertop space, a shower bath, and toilet. The only downside was that the toilet seat was a little chipped and old, but it works fine.There is no free breakfast but you can visit the all day breakfast restaurant directly north of the building or the Dennys diner across the main street (I think Circle street?). Mcdonalds is a 8 min walk southbound.Overall, the people in the area might sometimes seem a little sketchy, but you shouldn't be bothered and it's not very loud. I can definetly recommend staying here if you're on a budget and want someplace that might just exceed your expectations.Last thing of note..... the bedding was a little dirty on the duvet but it was too hot to use the thick duvet anyways, so I just used the thinner sheet for sleeping and the thicker parts for my legs and feet. Friendly staff unfortunately found bed bugs in our room #227, they quickly gave us a new room which looks and feels somewhat cleaner. This place is also a hot spot for weirdos, cooked people will shout random things at you in the hallways. Lol

As with any over night accommodations, you get what you pay for. A budget friendly cost that isn't so heavy on your bank account, clean room, but concerning stragglers walking around in the parking lot in the evenings and wee hours of the morning. But again, it's kind of to be expected based on the location.

The rooms were dated but clean. Staff were awesome and friendly. Would stay again. Just the downside was there was a bar with rowdy people close by.
