Victor and his team were hired to paint and stain our front porch and rear deck, along with some trim work on the interior. The results were amazing! He was very competitive, kept to timescales, trustworthy and worked solidly to complete the tasks at a high standard. We will certainly use him on future projects and have recommended to everyone.

they did two projects on my house and both came out great. i actually didnt get them for painting since i can paint myself, but to repair holes in the floor and walls, and it was done very well and very professionally. much better than i would have done DIY. would def recommend them!

My kitchen and bedroom had layers of old wallpaper and walls that were unfinished underneath the paper (the 2 family house is old). Victor Manjivar and his crew of 3 showed up according to schedule , stripped all the paper and pefectly prepared and calked the walls. He kept to the timeframe of 1 day , showed up when he said he would and price was good. Clean and professional too. Nice team of people. I wish every worker I had in the house did this quality of work and committment (and I've had lots done..short of building a completely new house).I only wish I had found him before I renovated my downstairs unit!!Excellent hire him!

Victor and his crew just finished exterior painting of our house. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Victor and his crew were professional and skilled throughout and the quality of the prep and paint work was top notch. They were also very careful with moving/removing decorations or yard items to paint and then replacing them afterward.Best of all, the process was very smooth. Victor returned emails promptly, answered all my questions, and provided clear communication about scheduling and status. The crew showed up on time each morning for the 3 days it took to complete the job (and anyone who's hired a contractor for anything knows how important it is to work with someone who shows up to work when he says he will) and got the work done quickly.I've also used them for gutter cleaning this past year and, based on my experiences with that and this painting project I know who I will be calling this fall for gutter work and any time I need other painting services.

I hired Victor and his team to scrape and repaint an old deck at our house. Once we accepted their quote, Victor stayed on schedule and finished the job in a really timely manner. They ran into some rotted wood and very generously repaired it for us. Very high quality work and professional service. Highly recommended!!
