please treat your clients with respect , don t you see that you ve got a lot of one star reviews , that means what ?

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! My partner who has disabilities and is really struggling at the moment had a cheque just sitting in the office for pickup, we were only notified very shortly before closing time. My partner rushed across the city and had to cancel their current plans to try to make it. I called in before closing to let them know we were on the way and may be a few minutes late after closing, but my partner is very late on rent and can’t wait until monday for the cheque. We actually ended up arriving before closing, only to arrive to locked doors!! They clearly just wanted to go home early on a friday to their life of privilege and didn’t want to have to deal with helping people in need with literally nothing. What a disgrace. Do better.

I giving 5 stars for this office at 779 Queensway, because saw myself how people helping to other. Was there to help someone translate on his interview. The only reason I’m giving two star and not , is because I remember two outstanding workers the- one who past away is Kristine McDonald- was an awesome person and even more awesome worker!! Second worker was Muss . E. Delfin, cannot complaint about her either, unfortunately she just st retired.. The new worker I just got , I won’t mention her name while I’m there in their list, but I think the worse experience would not cover the issue!! I’m single mom with two children leaving alone, for a few around 4 months I did t not receive any assistance because I was self efficient, but one I got back and asked for help again, the tool literally forever ti help me in my need. Despite the fact I told them I was behind my rent had no money for food for my children and I .. I’m not surprised why so many children are starting in Canada is because help is not coming their way, no one really cares about that!! I see it with my own situation now!! Shame on Social Services like this, big shame!!You people getting paid to help people in need, no to make them feel bad, beg for money, shame them , and make the whole social support - a horrible experience!!

Literally laughed in my face as I was crying about my situation. Don't send emails to ex-clients if they don't qualify for job assistance.

my caseworker here is very kind bt over all, out of the 4 welfare offices ive dealt with (wellesley, beaches, parkdale, queensway) they re by FAR the worst. my advice if ur stuck dealing with them: deal with their supervisors, and their bosses outside of the queensway office. that or just move.

Very pleasant service I talked with a man named Paul he He helped me a lot, answered all the questions by phone and I had all my short wishes it was nice to speak with a person representing Employment & Social Services. Thank you - Big for such professional people as Paul!!!

My case worker is very kind and helps me with whatever she can so I have nothing bad to say but overall I can't speak for other case workers.

Very helpful and patient staff. Thank you for all the guidence and assistance.
