Pegasus Appliance Repair

After losing a few days going from company to company, tried Pegasus out of desperation. Technicians were fantastic, professional and diligent, and ended up fixing the issue for a good price. Unlike before, customer service was outstanding and would highly recommend their services

Our dryer was not going on all of a sudden and we called a couple companies for a quote to fix it. Pegasus responded within a few MINUTES (wow). So... we scheduled a service call for the next day, and within 24 hours after that, they came back to do the repair of my dryer. Swift, impressive service.

Pegasus was quick to set up an appointment in a short time with a specific time frame. Emil was on time (actually ahead of schedule) and he quickly assessed the problem with my Bosch dishwasher. Emil returned in a few days (again on time) and was excellent in replacing the part and reinstalling the dishwasher. He really exceeded my expectations.Before calling Pegasus I called another repair company. That company could confirm the day of assessment but not the time frame. Their scheduling would call in morning of the agreed day to offer a time frame, so if you can take the entire day off then that may work for you. When I suggested if they couldn't give a timeframe then when scheduling called I would inform them if the timeframe would/wouldn't work for me. I was told that same-day cancellations were not permitted. I assume the implication was that you get charged if you can't be available.Let me contrast Pegasus repair with a prior experience with a dishwasher repair on a Blomberg. Scheduling an assessment took forever. Repair person was very late for assessment, complained the entire time, and then refused to remove dishwasher to do assessment. I pulled dishwasher out for assessment. Part needed to be ordered and no time line of delivery. After a few weeks I just bought a new dishwasher (the Bosch above). They eventually called back after several more weeks to say the part had come in.

Be aware, company provides only 1 month warranty on repairs. My fridge stopped working within 8 month after being repaired. Now, I am back to square one, after spending half the cost of a new fridge for the repair.

Emil from Pegasus was personable, worked quickly, and repaired our fridge in under 48 hours of our call. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Pegasus.

We highly recommend Pegasus Appliance repair! This was our second time of service for appliances with them. First time it was Dimetre and this time it was Emil who serviced our washer this time and both were very knowledgeable! Such efficient service and repair! We had the dishwasher break down and called Pegasus. At the same time we had them address an issue with the cold water dispenser from the fridge. They came when they said they would and diagnosed the problems. The parts came in a few days later and they installed them, again coming at the scheduled time. They repaired items promptly, had to deal with an unusual counter installation that affected accessing the fridge effectively, but dealt with it. We are very pleased with the prompt service and effectively dealing with the issues. Also the service costs were reasonable for the time spent on the repairs. Which were done quite efficiently and it was obvious the technician understood what they were doing.

Pegasus Appliance Repair is a very impressive company. They are thorough with their scheduling and billing. We contacted them to fix our refrigerator that wasn't running. The work was done very professionally and we finally had our fridge back. I am very pleased with the work done.

Pegasus Appliance Repair is impressive! We've now called them to our house THREE separate times to fix various appliances because we are in an aging home and our appliances were purchased in the mid 2000's, so they're beginning to break down a bunch. Very, very reliable
