We enjoyed a truly excellent meal today. We had a large group of 8 and all of us loved it. Good was creation made, tasty, fresh, and filling. Will return for sure!

My go-to place to eat!Everything is so delicious (be prepared to have a few favourites!) I have ordered countless times, and everything has been out of this world. Portion sizes are filling and nourishing, this includes their bowls too! Everything is made to perfection. Brunch is available every day now and I can't recommend the eggs benny enough. The Philly cheesesteak, sushi bowl and tacos are my current favourites. Sausage rolls are great for a quick snack. Lattes are great. I recommend whenever they have a feature take advantage of ordering it!! (Picture of the Smash burger!!). Always amazed at the creations Tyson makes!The girls behind the counter are always so friendly and take the time to chat with you. On a few occasions, I've been in and they've remembered customers' go-to orders and have it done and ready for them by the time they get to the till...Little things like that really make customers feel special.Recently, I ordered a large take-out order and the girls were so great at packaging it up and putting the sauces on the side so I could have a few meals while I'm out of town! A taste of my favourite place at home.I always look forward to popping in because you're greeted with a smile and get to enjoy great food. So grateful to have a place like this in town where everyone can enjoy it no matter their dietary preference. If I could order take-out from Kamloops I would! Can't recommend them enough -- You gotta eat here :)Edit: they also offer delivery -- which I always forget but have used once when working and it was great!!

The food is amazing. A must try if you're coming through! The vegan benny is unreal. Plus the staff are very attentive and friendly. It can be hard finding vegan options, so we were very happy to find this all vegan place.

This place is great! We accidentally came in 10mins before closing, but they were so sweet and let us order still. We had the Dan Dan noodles, sushi bowl, turmeric latte and tea . Everything was awesome, and the caffe is super cute!

I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. My partner had the taco salad and it was incredible, not your usual boring plain taco salad, it was full of flavor. I had the Philly and OMG. Let's just say that since I went vegan 8 years ago, I have been searching for a sandwich ti give me the same feeling I had when I used to eat the beef dip from Quiznos. I ate this sandwich and with every single bite I couldn't help but say omg, omg this is so good. The last item we had was the benny, and ughhh omg THE EGG ACTUALLY HAS A YOLK, this food is mindblowing. 10/10 would recommend this place.

The food was so so nice! I came here whilst visiting Salmon arm. We both ordered their eggs Benny, without looking into too much detail. It tasted so nice and the chef even came over and asked how everything was so I asked what he does to eggs as they were so tasty - they were planted based! It took me by surprise but made the whole experience so much better. The chef and other staff member was very welcoming and friendly. The cafe itself was extremely clean and everything tasted so fresh! Their caramel macchiato was also delicious! We will definitely come back in the summer to make use of their outside patio area too!

We had breakfast at StillFood Bistro.The welcome was friendly and the staff was attentive and helpful. The large selection of food and drinks is positive.We had two coffees, a toast with mushrooms (16CAD) and a toast with avocado (16CAD) and paid a total of 40CAD. The toast and coffee were quickly prepared, but the taste was rather average. What really irritated us, however, were the portion sizes, as each toast consisted of only a medium-sized, thinly sliced slice of bread. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio was just not right at all. We pointed this out to the waitress when she was clearing the table and asked if everything was okay, but unfortunately she didn't really respond.We would not go here for breakfast again and would not recommend coming here.
