Edit: the company replied to my comment, but this is misleading. I made multiple attempts to contact the company by email including but not limited to via the address they list in their response, which bounced back as non-deliverable. Scam.Utterly terrible experience.Had an appointment for 9am on Good Friday after a storm, for a simple oil change and to look at a noise. Called beforehand to ensure they were open and running. They were. Get there, they confirm they can take me after I offer to reschedule since they say they’re backed up due to the power outage. They ask if I stay and wait, and I offer to leave the car as I’m not in a rush.Left me high and dry all weekend without a vehicle. I don’t hear back until Tuesday (5 days) and mechanic provided a long list of things that « need to be done ». Oil not changed, no troubleshooting of the noise.Owner gets extremely defensive and rude when I politely say I felt I was left high and dry and will come pick up my car. Borderline hangs up on me.Made me pay 103.48 in exchange for my keys. In addition, guy comes in asking where to park the truck, stating it’s in front of my car. Mechanic tells him to leave it there, making it challenging to manoeuvre me getting out. Extremely uncomfortable interaction in person as a woman.I am shocked at the behaviour. I remained polite and courteous.

Used this garage for an inspection on a used car I wanted to purchase. I could not be there for the inspection so I trusted the garage to do the inspection for me. They were easy to reach and set up a time, price is reasonable for inspection at $80. Called them up after it was done to ask for results and was told everything over the phone and was given time to write it all down for my own list and I appreciate not being rushed.Would use them again for sure.
