Terence was present in our community gatherings all the way. He always tried to look helpful; but finally when I actually needed him (I even went to his office personally), he didn’t provide any help, neither he provided any explanation. Very dishonest and disappointing!

Looking for help and couldn't even get an email reply back or anything. He's constantly on twitter but can't reply to Canadians in need! Very disappointing. This is exactly what I expect from an NDP government.This is what we voted for?

I went to them for help on an issue -after speaking on the phone, the representative gained my authorization to act on my behalf and then did not follow up or return email.

Was so happy to vote for him 2nd time was ABC... now I prefer Green or Liberal. Everytime me or my family tries to contact his office nothing. No response to emails. I hope 2026 you dont run. Maybe ill have more luck if i was in a union or a party member.

I can only hope that Mr. Kernaghan does the constituents of London North Center a service and decides to forgo running for reelection in the upcoming spring election. How can his constituency office expect to be effective when they DO NOT RESPOND TO MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CALL MESSAGES that indicated vital information that would assist them in their endeavors on my behalf. In fact, the only time that I was able to speak" to Mr. Kernaghan's C.O. Rep was when I traveled via my wheelchair during a winter storm. They say "they can help"; unfortunately

My wife and mother in law made an appointment to see this guy to sign a document. When they arrived the appointment had been lost for which his employee apologized for profusely. Terrance was not in the middle of any other meetings or phone calls and yet he outright refused to see them for the 2 minutes that they needed even with his employee begging repeatedly.Terrance the way you treated my wife and mother and law in this case was disgusting - this is the only time we've ever gone to an MPP for a service and with you it will be our last.

Understaffed and took too long on my file with OSAP to make a difference. Very disappointed. We need representatives who can properly support us in our area and in Toronto.

Really helpful and approachable. Puts himself on the front line and had introduced some very helpful legislation. We are lucky to have him. I breathe a sigh a relief each time he is reelected.
