If you wanna deal with impatient employees, come here! Horrible service. Super greedy with the toppings. N on top of that, washrooms looked like it's straight out of a horror movie. Just upset how I even gave this place a 1 star. Should have been none.

Suppose to be a steak sub. Where is the steak. We ordered 5 subs. All were this way. The other subway measures their portions. Server was in a hurry. If she would have taken the time to prepare properly then she would not have forgotten the meat!! Totally unacceptable.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. I placed the order online and entered into the place for pick-up. But the guy told me I need to wait till 1:25 for pick-up, because he was not going to make the sandwich for me right now. There’s only one other customer in the store, and this guy rather take 10 minutes break instead of making me a sandwich. And, he also forgot to add extra meat although I added it in my order. I had to remind him of that but he was so rude and told me to stop telling him what to do. I do not recommend anyone come to this place, terrible service!

Super stingy with the toppings! I ordered a sweet chicken teriyaki salad, got literally 2 thin slices of tomatoes and 4 little strings of green peppers. Barely any of the rest of the toppings as well. Older lady was making the orders. She asked if i wanted one or two scoops of chicken, when i said one she filled only half of the scoop.

App order waited 30 minutes after time that app said it was ready at the store because they prioritized lined up customers. 5 customers who lined up who came after me was served and left before I got my order. App is suppose to make it more convenient not waste your time. Not going back to this location again.

People were extremely impatient and rude (when there were no customers behind me waiting). Food quality felt subpar. Portion sizes didn’t feel right. Would NOT recommend.

Trainee was good. Asked us to about our order to make sure it was done correctly.Location was out of marinara sauce which is odd given it is not too far into the lunch time hours.Quick service overall.

I had the best experience with Hossein today. He took my catering call off hours and made sure it was ready early for pickup. Very grateful for the amazing customer service.

Just don’t place an online/mobile order here because you will be waiting for 40 mins. They only prioritize in-store orders, and as people keep coming in, they never get to your mobile order. Wasted my entire lunch time here waiting despite placing my order well in advance. Yes I understand that lunch time can get busy but that’s not an excuse for ignoring mobile pre-orders. Horrible experience!!
