I had an appointment at 8 am March 1st for ultrasound, it was the most horrible experience ever! The lady was beyond rude! Can’t even explain the level of her rudeness! No manners or whatsoever. She’s not qualified to be working in any workplace. She is rude, unprofessional and harsh on your body, you will leave with multiple bruises…I really hope the owner of this business see their reviews and take it to the consideration

No X-rays for 2 days in a row now and no x-rays expected until Friday, IF they have it available. I wrote a review earlier about then not having xrays (Monday) and the owner responded by saying they will have an xray technician the next day, Tuesday. Owner does not have a an xray tech today (Tuesday) and receptionist said to check back on Friday".Luckily I called first before showing up

Would be a great place if they could just observe their own mask policy... neither the receptionist nor the x-ray technician know how to wear a mask properly (hint: I should not be able to see the tip of your nose). They also allowed a maskless school aged child to run around the waiting room, and after I complained to the receptionist, instead of asking the mother to follow the mask policy, they sat my 91-year old mother in another waiting room.

Don't go here for ultrasounds. The tech had no patience while I was prepping for the test and grabbed my hands to force me to adjust my underwear band. So disrespectful, inappropriate and unprofessional.

Terrible experience. Uriana was rude and unprofessional. I hate that I went to this clinic. I should have known better from the reviews but for anyone looking DON'T COME HERE Uriana was the worst.

Very rough on the body. Inconsiderate for bruises. Ultrasound testing area on body is sensitive and technician pushed and pressed on the part very hard. Unnecessarily hard. Does not care about the pain it causes. Very uncomfortable experience regarding ultrasound.Have experience with other ultrasound tests. This technician pressed too heavily and bruised the already inflamed and sensitive area. Injury is now more painful than before the visit and area is more inflamed due to the unnecessarily rough treatment.

I arrived late for an appointment due to incorrect information on my Google map. I was the last appointment of the day and the technician had just left. Gouri the front desk receptionist was extremely understanding and literally dropped everything and ran out of the building to call the technician back and she happily returned. The technician, Zourine proceeded with the appointment although it was past her work day and because of me, I extended her workday. Both were so accommodating and I sincerely appreciated their willingness to stay behind. This centre is lucky to have such conscientious employees.

We went on time, called in 10 min and out in next 15 minutes. It was well maintained and clean. There is abundant parking right beside the building and ticker needs to be paid to in the lobby before getting out.

I had an abdo-pelvis ultrasound with Aysha. She was very polite, knowledgeable and had the exam done in less than half an hour. Other techs at this location they image the bladder (pelvis) at the end and when the bladder is full, it is really uncomfortable position to hold. I really appreciate how she did the ultrasound of my pelvis first and after emptying the bladder she did the abdomen. Overall I had a great experience with Ayse!
