I usually do my own oil changes but I decided to stop by Mr lube because of the convenience. First, I asked for a standard oil and not synthetic but the technician said they only carry synthetic. I assumed it was because of my vehicle. Next was the $70 engine flush treatment which I kinda felt pressured in getting, I would have hoped for a curtesy suggestion instead. I spent $200 on my visit which was $100 more than I expected. I get they’re sales people and try to sell but overall, I didn’t feel completely satisfied with my visit.

I went to mr lube today for an oil change. They were beyond friendly, super professional and listened to my needs. When I said I can’t afford anything other than the basic oil change they were respectful of that which is HUGE for me when I go for an oil change. It was a super pleasant experience !

Went in for an oil change and was pressured non stop. The people doing the actual oil changes were the manager and assistant manager so they must be desperate for sales. The first thing I was told was that there is black sludge in your oil." So

Matt and his team were efficient and honest. We’ve taken our vehicles here since we moved to the neighbourhood 17 years ago and have always felt we were treated fairly and with respect. Highly recommend trying for yourself.

Amazing help from the team much appreciated Terry and Devin.Helped get tires changed and took the extra effort to ensure all safety and customer service.Had some horrible shaped tires and rusted over torqued nuts.Thanks.

Hello Guys,Everything here is great however there is one thing I want to bring into your notice that you ask all of your employees to take care of the customer vehicles. I have attached a photo of the engine bay where you can see the oil spilled everywhere which is not acceptable. Please ask your employees to clean it, moreover a few of the nut/bolts are missing for the cover plate underneath the engine which they remove before taking the filter out. I hope you gonna work with your employees and will be at the top of the service in future. Good luck. There is two photos showing you the difference before and after oil change service.

Nobody greeted me so I pulled the nose of my car into bay 3 before the manager waved me in. He acted like it was my fault that no one greeted me. Then they overcharged me $50 so I had to drive all the way back when I realized the error. The manager didn't even offer me anything for this huge inconvenience. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
