Espresso 21 Cafe Restaurant
This is the second time I dine here, the first time I was the first to arrive at the restaurant, there was no one there, but the waiters were warmly greeted you. But today, as soon as I entered, the lady standing at the cashier, with a hijab, didn't even say hello to us, and let us stand stupidly in front of the door, which already made me feel unhappy. I try to wave to her, and you know what, she stood there and ignore us.We were seated only after we knew that a busy Asian lady came out later. (Previously, there were still seats available) When we sat down, we didn't even have a glass of water, and we kept calling the waiter and no one paid any attention. I can understand that they are busy during the holidays, but it is not possible for the guests to sit there for 20 minutes and ignore everyone. In fact, I wanted to leave at that time, but because the child was hungry, I could only say it after eating. We waited fifty minutes until the food was served, the longest wait I've ever had in my life. However, when the dish arrived, it wasn't worth it at all. The spaghetti was dry and unpalatable, the bendicit was not at all as good as the first time, the bread was hard, which made me feel very angry with the meal. I will not recommend any of my friends to care about. It was a very bad experience.

We ordered an Egg Benedict and the food is in a pasta bowl. It make cutting the Benedict very hard. The presentation is not pleasing. In other restaurants we've been to, it is in a flat plate. We spoke to the waiter and he said he will talk to the chef about it. Let's see if they actually change the plate.My wife and friend came here last summer and the plate is not like that. It seems to me that they change chef/owner. The taste is different too. Before they make the change, I won't go again for sure.

The food is not bad.Average Traditional flavour.The service is so bad！I went there on Sunday，totally understand how busy it would be. So I ordered take out，when I back to ask for my pasta，their waitress just put the super hot container on my hand then just walk away immediately without any package bag and no tableware. You can see the attached image then you can imagine how hot the container is. Is that how you treat your take out customer？？

Such an amazing place. Ive been looking for a cozy cafe and this spot is absolutely perfect. Great service, they were so nice and brought my pastry to the table. I haven't tried the food but it looks so beautiful. An amazing place to study and hang out with friends.

I ordered a latte and bacon egg benedict. The latte came first. The latte art was pretty but the coffee didn't reach the temperature I liked. They didn't use English muffins for the egg benedict. Not sure what bread they used instead but it was hard. The eggs had a different cooking time. One is more runny than the other. The potato wedges were hard and I didn't finish them. The ambience was nice. Service was just alright.

We had a smoked salmon panini and shrimp benedict, along with a latte and an americano.The smoked salmon came first. It tasted fishy, not even pepper could helpThe shrimp benedict didn't arrive until 20 min after. My mom basically finished her food before I could even start. The shrimp was alright but the egg was slightly runnier than usual benedicts was not really worth the wait.Service was honestly not amazing, I'm not sure if anyone really knew what they were doing. There were at least 4 staff +kitchen staff but everything was just slow.Coffee, I have definitely had better.The location is convenient and the price seems reasonable but not for the quality.We came in because the place we wanted to go to did not have seats but I guess there's a reason why they did, will not be returning

Great place to have brunch/lunch! Their panini was flavourful and they had a good serving size. I went on a Thursday and the servers were very friendly, coming to check on us a couple times. The atmosphere was quite nice and aesthetic. I would also recommend their delicious ice cream, especially the ube flavour! Will definitely come back for some ice cream :)

A tiny and neat entrance leads to a surprisingly spacious and cozy cafe spot. The atmosphere is chill and comforting. Tried two dishes. The Salmon Avocado Toast is pretty flavorful, as well as the Smoked Salmon Rose. The portion is on par given the price. Really like the Oolong Tea latte. Not overly sweet with delightful Oolong scent.
