Very large showroom and helpful staff. Very expensive/high end furniture. Be ready to spend a pretty penny or two

Let’s get to the point:1. No issue with serviceb staff on the floor, staff answered questions (knew about the product )2. Good Quality , sturdy and rocks as it meant to rock.3. Cool modern design4. Comfortable and chair rocking5. was available and picked it up (no issue)6. Great price - very reasonable.I think you can conclude Jardin De Ville met expectations .

Excellent quality furniture. Bought an outdoor couch and 2 chairs (Canadian made... love that) and a firetable. Couldn't have been happier with the experience - fast delivery, and great follow up for a missing part of the firetable. Though not cheap, Jardin uses an internal sleeve/case around the foam in their outdoor cushions; makes it very easy to remove and wash. 5 star in every way

The working conditions of the sales staff seems to be a bit jarring. Its unpleasant to see staff eating their lunches at their desks while I was walking around shopping. It takes away from the shopping experience so I just left and purchased my outdoor furniture elsewhere.I would expect a company to provide their staff with a breakroom so if their staff is on the floor or at their desk they are ready to help potentional customers instead of trying to talk with their mouth filled. It’s common manners and customer service.Maybe it is just the staff in this department as when i purchased my indoor furniture from Colette the staff was attentive, politive, and ready to help and most importantly not eating at their desks!

I like this store so much. They have the best brands and the nicest design! A MUST see!
