While the customer service was ok at the start of our major shopping experience (over$50,000), it quickly became apparent that the parent company could care less about customer loyalty. A product they sold faild and caused major water damage . We have now discovered that there are more reputable companies to do business with in the Barrie area and in fact even buying in Toronto proved to be cheaper and Toronto companies deliver their products to Barrie on time without the delivery issues we had experienced with Bathworks. Save yourselves the headaches and avoid the disrespect and nightmare we experienced with Bathworks.

I bought a rain shower about 5 years ago, The hose broke and when I called the store was able to find my purchase and then proceeded to help me get another one. As soon as I sent the information they needed(which was only a picture) and email was sent off immediately and within four I had the part at my door. It was such a pleasure to deal with this store. I would buy from them again. Thank you

We purchased our shower fixtures from Bathworks almost a year ago. I've been in to the store a couple of times since, and customer service has been fantastic. Jennifer spent as much time with me as I needed, despite what I was looking for was quite specific and hard to find. Even once we installed our products, and found one of the components cracked, they immediately replaced it… No questions asked. Highly recommend.

We used Bathworks in conjunction with our renovators when we redid our main bathroom several years ago. Rachel was just wonderful in guiding us through the process. Recently, we needed a new pop-up for the sink. Even though it has been a few years since this was installed, Jennifer was able to get another for us under warranty. She was a pleasure to deal with! We are very pleased with Bathworks in Barrie.

Outstanding after-sale service. Returned for information on a toilet I purchased a few years ago. Impressed by Ms. F's helpful service in researching my model, printing off schematics, finding the part and helpful recommendations. I purchase my products here rather than the big box stores because I receive such customer-oriented service from their staff. Recommend without hesitation.

Show room was nice, sales was pushy and we ended up with stuff on the order we didn't want or need, managed to have plumber cancel some but we have a soap dispenser we will never use. Bathroom faucets are nice but had to remove decorative ring to be able to put the nut on it , doesn't fit quartz top. Shower head not far enough out to not drip on bath tub faucet. Over all bad experience wouldn't recommend this store.

We had a long standing issue with a shower and Rachel was fantastic in ensuring we had the correct pieces ordered. She even conferred with the plumber on the phone. My husband visited Bathworks last week on Friday and Saturday to shop for a toilet. He spoke with Eva Horvath and found her to be very professional and knowledgeable about their products. She spent a lot of time with him, asking the right questions to determine what he was looking for and was able to direct him to the right product. As a bonus there was 10% off" sale going on. She said delivery was free

We had an excellent experience throughout the buying process with Corenna in Barrie. We had to travel from 45 minutes away to come into the store. She was very knowledgeable and followed up by email with alternate products that could meet our timelines (no delays with delivery). Delivery was very quick, in fact, came the next morning after she advised it was in. Would highly recommend Bathworks Barrie.
