Nancy Morgan is wonderful.Paul and I love the Movement Class with Nancy and Aerobics with Nancy MM. I also now love Barre with Bev!! Going 3 days a week now:)) Great team!!

Nancy Morgan is AMAZING. She is first and foremost a talented and creative dancer and choreographer. She is also an excellent teacher with a very positive, fun personality. But best of all, she put extraordinary effort into getting her classes online during the Pandemic to keep us all dancing, connected to physical movement and away from “lockdown depression”. Workshop Dance Studio is a gift!

If you're looking for a way to keep active while we're still in the midst of COVID restrictions, then look no further! Nancy Morgan's on-line classes are a great way to stretch, strengthen and get that cardio workout done -- and you can draw some extra energy from Nancy's natural enthusiasm for teaching. A wonderful way to work all those muscles (even the ones you know you should be working, but just never get around to doing on your own....). Highly recommended.
