You are taking a huge chance purchasing from TNT. They are selling garbage products, that no fair and decent business would think about selling.In one auction, I purchased a pop-up tent. The pictures only show the tent bagged, so you have no way of knowing it is a useless, broken, piece of junk. You trust no one would intentiinally sell garbage. Well TNT Auctions does. Absolute garbage.In the same auction, I purchased storage bins which looked really good in the pictures ...they say look at the pictures so you know what you are buying. The pictures are staged and misrepresent what they are selling. The bins were broken and filthy. Again, that is dishonest and false advertising. Shame on TNT Auctions.

I am frequent customer in this site .I appreciate if there description would be more precise about items like used or new specialty.

I had an issue with a television that I bought there and I sent in a email first thing Monday morning and I was issued a credit before noon hour. Excellent service! I will be purchasing there again!

You just choose to ignore and Instead deactivate my TNT account as a retaliation for writing this review and also for filling a BBB Complaint against you, which you also failed to respond.If I ever doubted that TNT is a very shady business, your recent actions and responses just confirmed this fact.Initial Review:Bought this water pump from the auction. The pump was cracked, but the damage was not disclosed in the description/pictures provided by the seller. Given that we are in a pandemic and items cannot be viewed before biding, we expect the auctioneer to be at least honest with the description. I paid over $100 for this useless pump. This unethical business practice needs to stop. People work hard for their cash and getting taken this way is not cool. Do better next time.

Pickup times are absolutely ridiculous! They definitely do not cater to the average working individual. There’s no time before the workday starts to collect and then there is no time after either. 10am-3pm is incredibly insulting to customers, and there’s absolutely no weekend availability. It’s quite unfortunate that we were once regular customers and simply because of this issue we cannot continue to support.

Got $800 for my receiver that was worth over 4k (checked value on same brand/model on ebay auctions) it was in MINT condition. They didn't even bother stating in the description that it was in working condition because they never even tested it. You think if you were auctioning off something that is worth thousands of dollars you'd take the time to test it and put 'working condition' at least in the description. I deleted my CC details on my online account as a buyer yet they also charged my CC on an order later without my consent. Guess they collect and save all your credit card information as well. Would go somewhere else, there are much better auction places out there.

Went in to pickup up an item all the way from London, ON within 3 days period, they couldn’t find my item and said I would get the refund within 3-5 days. I waited 2 weeks to get my money back, called them million times but noones responded. I sent them multiple emails and now they say I didn’t pickup the item and blocked my account. If you can’t deliver the item, at the least give customer’s money back. Worst customer service!

Very Unprofessional, Cannot Reach ANYONE ! Disgusting Business Practice. Used to be a Great Auction House until New management took over. Sad Really.
