Amazing service. I purchased tires. Drive a hour to have them put on. Showed up at 9:30. Guy says sorry we are not taking any more today. I say darn i drove over a hour today to bring my bike in and I’m buying the tires from you. Owner comes out and says what’s up. I picked the bike up later that day with Mvi and tires installed. Love the tires. And the best price around. Well done RPM! I think if a customer is spending money on tires they should get service ahead of all those lined up at 9. And that’s what they did. So thankful !

Worst experience I've had in Dartmouth. They don't communicate about anything. You have to hope they have the vehicle ready when you go to pick it up. Front desk was indolent and unfriendly. If you have a vehicle you don't care about then this is the place to go.

They have some knowledge and skill in the shop I'm sure.But i got the guy that knows what crayon tastes best. Didn't even tighten down the head had UT finger tight go to start my bike at the shop and it dump oil all over my leg and the ground...I then watched them tighten it down with a spanner no torque wrench...They came high recommended by friends...who will hear about this...They also left the keys I'm my bike out back for anyone to take it... not impressed.

I'm getting my bike safetied at the shop. Very helpful staff working there. Good place to get your bike serviced and very knowledgeable.

Took me a bit to get around to writing a review!! I got my bike inspected here around the end of the last riding season. This shop was so patient with me and explained everything I needed to do for my bike. I felt really comfortable being a girl and coming into this shop. I know I was a little nervous to head in but I think the shop was very understanding and fair. Techs were also really awesome.
