Excellent service and selection! Josiah was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and showing us their selection of trees and shrubs.Well worth the 10 minute drive!

I am SO impressed with the level of service we received here. I had emailed them prior to check availability and pricing and they responded right away. I compared prices on a few different places and Arrowhead was the best priced. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly, and the lady immediately assisted us to the specific trees we were looking for. We picked our trees and they used their machinery to put them into our vehicle. Weeks later and our trees are alive and thriving. Arrowhead is a family run business and I found them all to be super friendly and they were all very coordinated and organized on who does what and they knew exactly where everything was. Overall GREAT experience and I would definitely recommend purchasing your trees from Arrowhead.

As a landscaper Designer and company owner will never use this company again ordered 14 trees from them last year 2 were unplantable and had to be returned before i could even plant them . 5 were dead the next year and 0 coverage from them to even try and make amends on them .Also of the 14 the 5 that died were intermittent in the spacing of the design and planted all at the same time with the same water conditions under sprinkler systems. The root balls were falling apart and some were coming out of the root ball at almost 90 degrees terrible product service and quality Highly recommend using another supplier.

We formed an Arboretum Society in Redwater just over two years ago and with the help of Arrowhead planted 66 trees and 25 shrubs in a strip of barren land beside the CN tracks running through Redwater. Most of the trees are all a different species. Without the help of John and Dawn and their other staff we wouldn't have the fantastic park we do today.

This is an amazing nursery: friendly staff, lots of variety, animals for the kids to see (including an adorable dog who loves his belly rubbed). The prices are as good, if not better, than the box stores. Highly recommended.

Love this place. Don’t go anywhere else for your nursery needs. Stumbled upon it one afternoon after trying a few other places. Arrowhead put everyone else to shame in terms of selection and experience; amazing service, massive selection, friendly team, great value and Riley was awesome from start to finish. We won’t be going anywhere else in future.

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, the plants are absolutely beautiful, and the cheese cats are irresistibly cute!

Amazing customer service from the nursery to the landscaper that came for the install. They made everything so easy – even sent me photos of the trees before I purchased. The trees are beautiful quality and I couldn’t be happier. I live southwest but I would still make the drive out –The service is worth it!! Thank you!!
