Stewart's Flooring Emporium

I had the most bizarre experience at this store, I was looking for flooring for 1 room. We didn't care if the flooring would be different from the rest of the house, the sales person I dealt with was trying to tell me I needed to do my whole house, that meant going home and telling my husband the project was going to now cost $5000. NOT HAPPENING. This person didn't even entertain the option of selling me enough for the bedroom once. Went over to the next flooring store, they had no problem helping me out....exactly what I was looking for.

Came to do a quote less than an hour after I called, and installed the next day - for less than they quoted! Now that's service!Excellent price and workmanship. Carpet looks excellent. Could not recommend more highly.

Was in and out the day of purchase in under 5 minutes- told the man who came to help that I just needed the cheapest carpet I could get to finish off a spare room and wasn't picky. He showed me their cheapest and priced it out and couldn't have asked for better carpet for that price! Didn't try and convince me to go for a pricier option which I appreciated because I had a budget to stick to and came in well under. Paid that day and when I came back with a truck the next day it was cut and waiting for me with more friendly staff to help carry it out.Opted to do the install myself to cut costs so can't comment on the installation process- But I'm so happy with the finished product that when I get a little extra money on hand I will definitely be going back to Stewarts to replace the carpet in the other bedroom (and have them install it next time- I don't even want to attempt the weird shape of the other bedroom myself). Top quality service and product!

Well I would show pictures of the completed work but there are none, because I had to ask the owner/installer (Ray Stewart) to leave my home before the project even started. He was extremely rude to me, at one point saying that he wasn't even sure that I would pay my bill"

The guy gave me a quote for flooring. But the flooring i wanted was a little out of my price range, he found me a different kind that I bought. I had 2 boxes left over and he gave me back the amount I spent. Very helpful and very friendly

After receiving a free quote to have vinyl plank laid, we had it installed, we absolutely love it. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.Two thumbs up!!

My wife and I both dealt with Lisa and Ray throughout this process (lengthy insurance claim) and we have nothing but good things to say about them. Lisa gave my wife all of the options and the job Ray did installing was better than we could have expected. I would have thought installing the carpet would have been the lengthiest part of this project, but Ray was done carpeting the entire basement, cementing and laminating the bathroom in about a day and a half and it looks great! There was also a bunch of furniture in their way throughout.Thanks to you both. Highly recommended.P.S. yes, yes, same last name, but no relation. Ray is wealthier and much better looking.

I got some excellent carpet from Stewart's recently and couldn't be happier. I've been going there for many years and would recommend them to anyone. Their sales people are friendly and knowledgeable and always go the extra step to make sure I get what I'm looking for.
