Worked with Liana Presse for our home closing.I am a first time home buyer, Liana explained things well, was very patient and answered all of my many questions.I say this because friends have told me about their experience with other law firms for similar real estate transactions that were not so pleasant.I specifically recall an incident: The mortgage company had a requirement that was very specific and would have cost us hundreds of dollars in extra expenses. Liana investigated and found a creative solution that worked and we saved that expense.I recommend going to Presse Law if you require legal services.
