Don't buy any pokemon cards here. Someone is resealing them.I bought a crown zenith box pikachu box. The odds in this set are really good. Theres usually an alt or v in every other pack.The crown zenith set usually has 10 cards in a pack. There were 11 in each. None of the cards had defects in them(which is what happens with error packs) Out of the 5 packs i got 1 holo. No alt arts or Vs. The glue on the seal was different than it normally is as well. This is something you wouldnt notice until you open it. They either have a problem with the distributor with resealing or someone is doing it there. Dont buy cards here.

I bought the World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth Collectors Edition and when i opened it, it had 2 soundtrack keys and no game code, so i contacted blizzard twice and got the run around talked to the manager Chris" and we talked showed him what Blizzard was telling me took my number and the next day got a phone call with a solution to my problem. This manager "Chris" went far and beyond to make sure i was getting the full product i was paying for even though the company itself "blizzard" did not want to help me when they should have.Thanks again Chris for everything you did for me to get this all sorted!."

Hayley that works here is super friendly and helpful! Finally getting back to console gaming after taking a long hiatus and she made it super comforting for me getting back into purchasing games and asking silly questions. Bought an Xbox gift card here but after coming home and scratching off the back to reveal the code my grandson could not make out two of the letters. Returned to the store and the employee was able to reveal the missing letters for us by placing the plastic back on top and aligning the letters that were stuck to the plastic. Very helpful personal. For a small store it has a lot of games and the like.

The worst Ebgames I’ve ever been to. I had a horrible experience cashing out a game with the old lady at this location. She was hoarding a game that I wanted to buy and tried to sell me an older version of the game. I had to convince her to search for the game that I wanted a gazillion times and she acted like they were all sold out until she finally gave in and sold me the game that I wanted.

For this type of service i would out a ¼ of a star. Gamestop if you can't hire someone that can handle easy situations on the phone/in store you guys are going to have issues when it comes to future customers. I've been a customer for over 14 years and today's phone call was absolutely embarrassing where your employee had such an attitude because I didn't have my receipt handy to give her some code rather than her typing in the detailed information I gave her. Asked to search if they had a specific corded gaming controller and that was such a problem for her to handle and deal with in a proper manner.

So overpriced on their stuffed toys. Seen star wars baby yoda for 29.99 same one at walmart for 10 bucks. Everything that they think is a unique toy is marked up so high but if you look youll find the exact things other places for a fraction of the price.
