Warden Station

This station is on 1st floor. Passengers have to take stairs or escalators to get. If you arrive at this station from subway, need to get down. There are different platform and bus number written so you can arrive at your destination.

Well maintained. Spacious.

No escalators or elevator from busses. Too many stairs. No wheelchair or scooter access

Nice place to ride the bus or train home. Or anywhere you want to go.

have just went off from bus 17, lately I noticed a lot young female bus drivers are so rude, this bus driver didn’t want to open the side door which cause everyone have to go front door, I went to the front door bus with a grocery trolley but didn’t see anyone near front door so I just get in then accidentally there have one person need to get out, I must tell that today was so cold and windy, I waited nearly 20 mins, of course I want to get in as soon as I can. I have my headphones in so I didn’t notice that i blocked the way out, so that driver knocked on her door aggressively, that embarrassed me when the whole bus nearly full. What a nightmare, things didn’t need to be like that, just a mistake, if i see anyone near the door of course i will let them get out first!

NOT Accessible, not safe for the disabled to get to either hospital. The walk to providence health care is impossible in the winter due to snow and and the 16 bus (25min wait is common) the Scarborough hospital has long sets of brick stairs you climb down to get there. If you are leaving the Hospital and can not drive due to medication please take a taxi. The buses are always always late. TTC subway and staff at Warden have been kind to me and helpful when stranded due to delays in buses.

Warden station is the older 70's era style but it's still a very functional station, even with it's grotty style and appearance, it has 2 busy bakery shops which basically offer the same fare as each other, one pricier than the other. Still the food is good and very consistent from both places, before and after the pandemic. There are other shops there but they never seem to be open when I am there, they look like they have some interesting chattels. Worth visiting each station in the system, the architecture varies a fair bit but keeps things interesting!

Recently I was on board of 68 bus towards to Elsemere around at 11pm .Noticed middle of the road bus driver was making announcement several times to make sure passengers will be knowing that this bus will be stopping until Elsemere after that it will be express till Shepard.This important information I came to understand when I asked few passengers. Notice most of them were seeing each other faces,some of them got off immediately, some faces were very confused not knowing what exactly happening.Anyway today I want to share about onboard TTC display board services.whereas drivers are trying their best to convey the message when thereIs any route changes but unfortunately passengers are not able to follow the announcement due to engine sounds also onboard crowd .in such emergency time all important messages TTC can easily display the announcement on board display board so that back side passengers can easily get to know whats going on why driver is making announcement what is the emergency of this announcement ,in such situations passengers can get off in case of emergency also can made up their sudden plan if needed.

The worst station ever! Bus route 102D is ALWAYS late or they leave from another plataform and don't even bother to see if there's passengers waiting for them in the original plataform. Avoid this route. They are terrible!!!
