What kind of bank gives you a replacement card that you can only use at thier bank machine to take money out? What is the point of that? I bank with another bank as well and had to replace my card and they gave me an actual card you can use at stores to pay bills while you wait for your permanent one. My point of going in person to this RBC branch was to obtain a new card and actually get a replacement card that can be used at stores and other establishments. They were not very helpful at all. I would not waste your time going to this branch or any RBC banks for that matter. I'm happy to say I will be returning to my old bank and closing down my account with RBC completely.

I didn't believe the negative reviews until I actually had to go to this branch to deposit some cheques for a friend. The teller was was rude and completely unhelpful. Because they were cheques from someone else she wouldn't let me deposit them in my friends account even though they were legit cheques from a very well known insurance company made out in my friends name with her address and everything. I had all my friends info including an email from her allowing me to deposit them. The cranky old teller still wouldn't let me. When I asked how I could get them deposited she looked straight at me and said I don't know" and then stopped talking signalling it was time for me to move on. Luckily my friend also had an account at CIBC and they didn't have an issue at all."

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This bank does so many illegal with peoples money and their accounts. Do yourself a favour and close your accounts here. They will take your money. WORST bank in Canada next to TD. Instead of helping you and calming you down when you’re stressing out and freaking about about your money, they tell you to shut up and walk away from.. garbage customer service

This bank has really gone downhill. The assistant branch manager is very rude and not sincerely understanding. How did he even get his position. Knowing policies is one thing, but doing your best to make your clients happy is another. I have been with RBC for almost 10 years, and never had such a horrible experience. He could have simply told me that their new check cashing policy for all their services is to hold the majority amount for 5 business days and only give access to 100, when I had it done no problem before. But he had to be difficult and give me a simple no I can't do it. Switching to Scotia because this was absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Is 0 starts an option?

In the process of topping up my mobile phone account, my money was lost in an intermediate bank and the employees of this branch did not want to help me and did not want to call the manager. mobile operator Telus didn't want to help me either. Both of these organizations said they didn't have my money. when I decided to contact the cyber police, they called the manager and he investigated - in 5 working days my money was found. now I have a mixed feeling about the reliability of this bank - they seem to solve problems but very hard, at the same time they create them themselves because they do not have a clear agreement with the mobile operator. I understand that it is unprofitable for the bank to replenish the account, and therefore such a disregard for attitude - but how do they not understand that with these simple things I check their reliability for larger cases. secondly, I don’t burden them with small things, but I keep money with them with which they can give loans to their clients and at the same time I don’t ask them for deposit interest.there was a very unpleasant moment in the fact that their employee realized that I did not speak English well and deliberately tried to mislead me by speaking quickly - while she smiled smugly. I give the employees of this department 1 point out of 5 - and 5 to their manager. but the overall impression is 4

Honestly switching to RBC was a huge mistake. This branch particularly has the worst customer service and wait times.
