Fashion Nails

somehow my review got taken down… so i’ll try again. I’m not one to submit bad reviews, but my experience was terrible. from the second I sat down I was rushed and treated poorly, my cuticles were cut until they bled, my nails turned out super thick, uneven, and nothing close to what i asked for. every nail is a different shape (i asked for pointy almond). I paid 100$ yesterday for this set and i want it off asap. Don’t go here if you want to see a professional nail artist, i’m so disappointed. i wish i could get my money back.

Love coming here for my nails! Very comfortable place with massage chairs while you get a pedicure. The ladies are always very careful and meticulous with their work. Really clean too!

Went to this place on a whim. The staff were fantstic, took my walk in with no questions. Had a great experience and my toes are lovely!

Yesterday I went to fashion nails and asked if they could fix my nail’s since a few of them broke and just shape them all. Probably like a manicure. I didn’t have an appointment but I asked the lady if they had availability and she said yes. The lady was so rude she told me to sit at the end handed me a file and told me the file my nails myself. I was so embarrassed. I sat there and filed my OWN nails and when I got up to leave they acted like they just did me this huge favour and told me it’s okay we won’t charge you. They all started laughing at me taking in their language which I just thought was so disrespectful. I left crying. I understand that they are running a business and that my nail’s probably didn’t seem as important, but I would never treat a human being the way I was treated. I would’ve totally understood if they couldn’t take me. 0/5 I will never be going back here.

Absolutely love my pedicure and gel nails! Amazing staff and great service. Will drive 2 hrs just for the service and talent!!

I wanted 2 a different design pattern on my nails. She went from $80-95, but I agreed. BUT she did a simple leaf design. Not the ones I showed her and she clearly understood which ones. I tried to question her but got ignored. That was the first thing that was wrong, then looking at the nails, they are chunky, crooked and too short. Plus it didn't seem cleaned regularly. Not impressed. Too many salons to put up with thier work ethics. Plus as a true Canadian I was taught that it is rude to speak other language amongst others. Canadians are know to be well-mannered, or at least use to be.

I have been coming here for years and have had every one of the ladies do my nails. It’s always been a great experience. I was in yesterday and Holly did an amazing, and I mean AMAZING job on hand painted snowflakes. I’m obsessed.

Had terrible experience.. I got shellac done with manicure. All they do for manicure is cut the cuticle. And my polish was untidy with the bubbles and it all came off in less than a week. When I asked them for a new shellac they wanted me to waste more money and pay again which I wasn’t willing to do.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Walked in here on a whim, and got the sloppiest, most rushed manicure of my life. No one else was waiting, so there was no reason why she couldn’t have taken her time and done it carefully.Update: after removing the nail polish, I can see that underneath they completed destroyed my nails by grinding off my previous shellac manicure (from another salon). Some areas still have shellac on them, while others have been damaged by over-sanding.
