I absolutely love this pharmacy!! This has remained my pharmacy for over 5 years despite moving to the other end of town because the staff are so fantastic :) Terry and Jason and the crew are kind, helpful and compassionate. Also a fully bilingual business for those looking for service in either English or French. Truly cannot recommend highly enough!!

Caring pharmacist ready and willing to answer all your questions...takes the time to explain your prescriptions to you and ensures that you understand...the store is always well stocked including a variety items from cute mugs to handbags and scarves, wallets, chips etc...they also have a lottery machine and tickets...the staff here are friendly and curteous...we do love this place...

I was recommended this pharmacy by a pharmacist in another city. I was eager to go there, but in the end, quite disappointed. At its core, it's a good pharmacy. It carries excellent generic brands and fills prescriptions quickly and the retail staff there are always very friendly. If that's what you're going for in a pharmacy, it's not a bad choice. There are better options even in this regard from filling prescriptions elsewhere just so I didn't have to deal with the usually-rude pharmacy assistants.However, I go to independents for friendly pharmacy staff who try to get to know you and who are consistently friendly and helpful. I haven't had this experience at all. Except for the one pharmacist (fella with the curly brown hair), their staff aren't especially friendly whatsoever and make no attempt to get to know you. It's what you'd expect from a big chain pharmacy and quite frankly, I've been treated FAR better at the big chain pharmacies in town. In fact, I'm transferring to a chain pharmacy, which is a first for me. I also find that the staff tends to be FAR friendlier to Francophones than Anglophones. Francophone residents need a pharmacy without language barriers, but that said, don't treat Anglophones any differently. I'm new to Sudbury, so I'm unsure if it's located in a French Canadian neighbourhood. I can speak French, but not especially well. I don't need it to be very rudely corrected by one of the pharmacy assistants. Heck, I was only trying to pronounce my last name in the French way, as the Anglicised version that I've used my entire life wasn't understood several times and corrected EVERY time. This is wholly unacceptable. I started to only use the English version just to show that this is what I've always used and it's a simple name.Overall, quite disappointing.

We've been going there for years. The staff are friendly and service oriented. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and approchable. Best pharmacy in town!

Amazing pharmacyThere is no doubt about it when I say they are amazing, I don't get many pharmacy's I particularly enjoy going to when I have to get medication but this would be one of them.Drop of your medication and browse the small store for little gifts or anything else you need while your medication is being prepared.The pharmacist is great, he is always friendly as can be and no matter how many questions or concerns you have about your medication he always know the answer.All the staff deserve some appreciation for how great they are!

Love this pharmacy! I am a new customer and enjoy each time I have been there. Staff are all so cheerful and helpful. The gift shop is a little gem!
