I went there today for my hair color. She gave me an appointment for 4:00 pm, but she worked on 4 other persons for their hair cut in between and her assistant colored my hair. At the end, I paid a lot of money, and I got dissatisfied and unhappy with my hair color since it gets to green color instead of blond! I told her and she did not cared at all. Instead, she offered me a hair shampoo. I ruined my hair, time and my money. Her new assistant doesn’t know anything. Lina just do care about getting more customers instead of making them happy and satisfied. Do not waste your money…

Summer did an amazing job on my fine and flat hair! She kept the length which was important to me and also added enough layers so that my hair actually has movement. I've been here a couple times and have decided this is now my go-to for haircuts. The last time I had Lina do my hair and I left the salon very happy with the result. Very friendly and talented staff! Thanks so much! :D

Hello Lina,This is Sarah All. I noticed your response to my recent review and wanted to provide additional feedback on my experience at your salon. However, I was unable to find any relevant email address for your salon, which is why I am resorting to sharing my feedback publicly through this review.I have been a customer of yours for the past year and have visited your salon three times for hair services, including brown highlights and haircuts. I was satisfied with the results of these appointments, except for my most recent visit. On that day, I was looking forward to getting your services and was disappointed when I was assigned to someone else. While I understand that your assistant is a professional, I specifically made the appointment to receive your services as I have always been pleased with your work in the past, not a new person whom I do not have any experience with.However, you got busy with new customers jumped in, and did not spend time on my hair. Although I wanted to voice my concerns at the time since I booked the appointment with you for my hair color, I felt uncomfortable doing so as I did not want to upset your assistant. However, I would like to express that I expected you to personally take care of my hair color and apply the mixture of colors that we had discussed during my appointment.As a result, I had to go to another salon to have my hair color fixed, which cost me $189. Here is my new professional hairstylist message ” I had Sarah in my chair today. Unfortunately, she was dissatisfied with the color service she received at your salon and I spent time with her today to rework it. I believe what happened was that there was too much blue additive added to the blonde lightener (or similar) that was used to lighten her hair. It caused the blonde to go blue/green as well as a lot of swelling to occur which resulted in the foil bleeding/a brassy root. The blue/green took two very warm toners to counteract and would not have washed out on its own. We also added some lowlights to break up the stripes of her highlights. The highlights in the back were stacked in such a way that she had uninterrupted stripes all the way through. We also added a shadow root to cover the brassy root area. The cost of my service to her was $189.00”Given this experience, I would appreciate it if you could refund me the amount. Lina is so good. I had my first satisfactory haircut in 5 years. She is very knowledge and understands different hair textures well. I am so glad I gave her a try. I highly recommend her. I will be back for sure!

My family and I only get out hair done here, and we will continue to go to Lina's. I got my haircut recently done by Jamie and I love it so much. Best place to go, especially if you have thick asian hair.

Lina was very friendly and professional. I called on a weekday, and she was able to schedule me on the same day.Gave advice for hair care and styling, and was cognizant of how to deal with Asian hair. We also talked about hair trends and health, showing her upkeep of knowledge and attention to detail.Highly recommended!
