I have been a patient of Dr. Mah for a very long time. He is very friendly and professional. He is very thorough with his examinations and very informative on next steps. His team is very friendly and helpful with advice on all the different type of frames and lenses. I highly recommend them.

Doctor is good but I'm a bit disappointed with the refund policy. I paid $1800 for Ortho-K but it never worked for me properly after multiple attempts and I wasn't given any money back. I was told I was a rare case for the program to not work, but it would've nice to get some compensation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Alex Mah for over a decade. In all that time his level of patient care has been consistently outstanding.He is very knowledgable, meticulous, professional, and engaging. Making sure you understand the status of your eye conditions and the implications.Being an elderly person I have lots of eye issues! So it’s very reassuring for me to have annual visits with him to monitor the health of my eyes. One time he discovered a tear in my retina even thought I had no idea that anything was wrong.In addition, his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Once, I was in a rush and they helped to speed up the visit so that I could be out of there quickly.They also have a very impressive selection of eyewear. No easy feat since Dr. Mah buys these frames from the distributor; it’s not done on consignment.Obviously, you can tell from my comments that I am a very happy patient! I would unreservedly recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Mah, Christina and the entire team are super friendly and knowledgeable. I moved out to Markham and found another optometrist closer to my new home, but ultimately returned to Dr. Mah. He is worth the drive and I won't be making the same mistake of using another optometrist again.

Dr Mah is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors I know. He is patient with our kids and we trust him to provide them with the best care. Dr. Mah and the staff at the optometrist office are friendly, caring and knowledgeable about vision and eye care. I’ve been coming here for a number of years and I’m always able to get my questions and concerns dealt with quickly and effectively. I have a high prescription and get both my glasses and contacts through the office. Great customer service and thoughtful advice and attention.
