Glen the Plumber

The technicians sent were very professional, however I was not informed beforehand that 2 technicians would be needed to complete the job I hired them for and this ended up being an additional $254.00 in unanticipated costs. Along with that, the mark-up on their parts pricing was over 30% over retail. I emailed Glen to ask him to make customers aware of all additional apprentice and materials costs, he called me to discuss but he averted the discussion about informing customers of how many technicians will be showing up. Great techs but horrible customer service

Glen and donn are very knowledgeable and professional. We woke up this morning to our basement flooded. Donn came out and changed out our sump pump. The bill was reasonable and we are finally drying up our basement. Donn is always kind and easy to talk to. Thank you Glenn and donn for such wonderful service.

Last night, My son had flushed a wooden toy train down the toilet. Of course, we couldn't get it out on our own no matter how hard we tried. This morning I decided we needed to call a plumber. My partner suggested calling Glen the Plumber and I was so happy we did! They came within 2.5 hours of me calling, which was such a shock and a relief for me, especially having two kids. The men who came were very knowledgable about the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get the toilet running again. They got the job done quickly and efficiently while also remaining tidy. I was so impressed by their work.The scary part is always at the end THE BILL! And I was honestly horrified!! These two men had been working away in my bathroom for nearly 2 hours. I thought for sure it would be a hefty bill, but to my surprise it was not!! They definitely earn every penny they get and the service these men provided me today was amazing.I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

Summary - great job and team was professional and friendly. Called on a Monday morning and they were able to have someone there in a few hours (I live in the real world). Had a clogged drain that I had tried to snake with no success. The crew sent worked until the clog was cleared and cleaned up so well I could only tell they had been here by the drain working again!

Gio came out to service one of our offices to repair unsatisfactory work that a previous company (Reliance) had done causing damage. He was very professional, thorough and was able to address all our concerns. The bill was surprisingly fair and would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that cares. Had leak from trap in powder room bathroom.I called the main number and spoke with Glen. Very pleasant and professional.He had one of his guys call me back who was also very pleasant and professional.I texted him some pics of the leak and they sent someone approx. one hour later.Steve attended to do the repair. Very professional for a younger guy...which is not always the case these days....he even called me Sir" and gave me some info/advice on a bathtub cartridge I cant find a replacement for.Overall very happy with the whole experience.The price was very reasonable for the work done.They do charge an additional travel fee so expect to pay it. In my case it was $20.00. Not a really big deal considering most contractors are charging more with the higher fuel prices.I recommend and will use only this company if needed in future."

Giovanni did a fantastic job making repairs in our main bathroom. He was very professional and very polite. He explained everything he was going to do and completed the work in a reasonable period of time. The price he charged was competitive. Will call Glen the Plumber when I need a plumber in the future and will definitely recommend to others.
