We had very bad experience with this branch. Reception lady was so rude, she almost denied to get sin for my cousin. She was racist. Not acceptable from government office.

So happy with the service the security guard is so friendly and helpful. I went to get my daughter passport made very happy with the service and there was no line up or wait. Such great service. The turn around time for the passport is only 5 weeks which is not bad at all and will have it before Xmas break.

The best experience I ever had in getting a passport renewal. The agent that interviewed me was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all the whole process took no more than 30 minutes. I also requested my old passport be returned and it was, under registered cover when it did.

came here on a Wednesday afternoon, the place wasn't busy at all. Also, Adel was pretty wonderful. taking his time helping us with certain paperwork. thank you!

Had an amazing experience today ! Made an appointment at 11:30 am , showed up at 11:23 am , a couple at the door checked the paperwork and at 11:40 a nice lady came out to greet us and showed where to go. She actually came out from behind the office ( desk ) into waiting room and call us by name and greeted us. She worked in office number 2 on Wednesday, July 5th , forgot her name. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend getting her to train other colleagues in the province, especially in Hamilton. Amazing ! Good job ! Thank you !

Had a really good experience when I went today at 9am. Only a few people before me. Security guards were polite. The initial process was fast and the employee was really nice. When I went to the booth, Gabriela was really helpful in the process I needed to get done. It was faster than I was expecting and pretty easy once you have all the requirements. Area was clean and they sanitized the seats. Masks are required which I appreciated as a pregnant lady. I was done before 10am.

Went because service Canada passport lost their copy of kids birth certificate. While waiting in office, 20 min passed and not one name was called to help with passport services. Security guards and intake staff were polite but no wonder at that rate of speed, people have to wait 4 to 6 months for a passport. Not impressed.

pretty confused about the negative reviews as when i came in it wasnt busy at all! didnt even take 30 minutes to apply for a passport- their service is way faster than if you were to go to a centre in the gta, and the workers are all so friendly :) would recommend this place!

The * security * babysitting the entrance have absolutely no idea what they're doing and have zero knowledge.Hand you a piece of paper and expect you to figure it out..Absolutely useless! Exactly what I expected from services Canada.

Very poor customer service. Waited over an hour in line just to get in the door. Front door security is incredibly rude to people. No reason to speak so rudely to people, the guy infront of me was on crutches and the security guard said that if he was not standing in line, that he had to go to the back. Took the entire line to say to the security guy that he was in line and couldn't stand due to his injuries. Be better Service Canada. Be better
