I've had 2 repairs done here. Complete satisfaction a courtesy car and cleaned vehicle when picked up. My 3rd visit was for an issue that was my fault that they repaired at no charge. I think High Caliber is a well earned name as they are a professional, excellent service provider. I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone.

When I called after hours, they called back apologizing for missing my call. When we brought my vehicle in, the lady at the counter was friendly and courteous. She was consistent with her professional attitude. When the vehicle was back, it was clean inside out. They have a first class service.

We had a door dent repaired through ICBC claim recently. An older jeep that some might look down their noses on. These guys treated her with respect. Proper gentlemen they were. Perfect restoration and super detailed. Made her feel like the belle of the ball. She has been purring ever since. Well done.
