I agree with the reviews about the customer service… Two old women that work there and unwelcoming and beyond rude, don’t know how to speak kindly to customers! Spend your money elsewhere!

To the person saying they sell broken defective products, they test everything and show you the item is working and even let you check it over, so stop lying. This store is great and the staff is always so nice. Don't trust every review you read. :)

should have thought before buying. I went in there and was pleasantly surprised by the inventory and choices. I picked out 3 O/S items of dance wear (OFF THE SALE RACK) and still spent almost $100. Came home and tried them on and only 1 ended up fitting properly. Essentially bought 1 outfit for $100… no return or exchange policy and they don’t let you try anything on to begin with.

Was not greeted at all when I entered, it felt like a very dead-end place and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome when I was there. The selection was okay but prices weren't great imo. Person at the desk never asked if I needed help or anything, just sat at her desk and never acknowledged my presence. Shop online or elsewhere, don't waste your time there.

I bought a mystery bag there this morning for like 35 bucks and the stuff inside was way more expensive then the bag itself! It came with a vibrator for you and your partner!! Also some tasty lube and a couple other items! I’m beyond excited to try it all out!

The customer service at this store is absolute garbage. The lady working there is a troll. I ended up putting down my items and leaving. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Seriously. Shop elsewhere

This place has zero customer service and is way over priced. I purchased a $48 bottle of lube and when I went to use it, it had opened up and spilled out all over my drawer. I had not opened it previously so it must have been a defective bottle or possibly had already been returned. The staff said it was too late and seemed not to believe me. I had the receipt and it was less than 2 weeks. This same product is half the price on Amazon. If I had received a replacement bottle I would continue to shop there for the convenience.
