This place Plein bois does not live up to its name/standards-unless you don’t mind being harasses by management.Instead I highly recommend folks camp atLe Domaine de la Fierté inSainte Julienne,Campground for gay men on 250 acres. Open year-round. 200 camping sites, 130 with 3 services. The restaurant and bar are also open year-round.You get more bang for your $$$ and there amenities are way better and you get the respect you deserve and there is always someone on site to assist youThey also accept trans people which Plein bois does not

Love the campground. Services are very convenient. Rules around thong swimwear is confusing. Not sure why it’s never allowed

Two pools for sunbathing (one nudist), a nice bar and weekend dance club. A great place to party especially during one of their events. Lots of permanent summer trailer residents. I didn't camp there but the sites look decent.

A truly great community that provides something for everyone. You can always find something fun to do, from dancing at the club on Saturday night to relaxing poolside. As a seasonal resident, the amenities ensure we always have what we need, and the staff always work hard to keep it clean, functioning, and welcoming.

Great place to camp for the people, but disappointed I couldn’t have my friend come visit who is trans. This campground needs to be for everyone across the rainbow.In a way you’re being discriminating and with the charter of rights and freedome. It’s against the law also I know lots of people going to human rights about this

I really enjoyed myself here. Firstly, the guys were super friendly and I loved that. Secondly they have a great pool and it's very warm. I enjoyed the music alot. The site was cozy and tucked in some trees. The check in was fast and lastly the bar, facilities and restaurant are modern and super clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Plein Bois is an upscale camping resort. The facilities are clean and very well maintained, staff are friendly and campers are very welcoming. This is a true home away from home.

I truly appreciate the community spirit that reigns on site. All you have to say is “Hello/Bonjour/Bonsoir” and campers will reciprocate. Some campers even entertained some conversation—always good for an introvert. ;-)Only disappointment: The Wi-Fi access is spotty (perhaps because of location).Otherwise, I appreciated my weekend stay. I hope to return soon.
