Massage Addict

I came to Massage Addict in pretty rough shape extremely uncomfortable with knots from work and the gym. Enas was able to get me feeling back to normal in a few sessions. Would highly recommend!

Nice clean clinic. Really friendly staff. The front desk associate kindly returns my call when I leave a voice message and even calls me when there is an opening with my favourite massage therapist. I have booked with Manny several times now and keep going back to him whenever I can. I like quite a lot of pressure and Manny is the very best ever for that kind of deep massage that I need. I also appreciate that he has taken the time to discuss other aspects of my lifestyle and set goals to help keep me feeling as good as possible between treatments. It is obvious that he is very passionate about the work he does and wants to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of his clients. Hope Manny will continue to work at this location – he is amazing! Thank you!

Jess at Southdale West is absolutely awesome. As one who deals with upper body pain issues, she is able through deep tissue massage, relieve most if not all the pain. She educates and makes suggestions on what I can do at home to help the healing process. Highly recommend her.

I have been going to the Massage Addict location on Southdale for a few months now and have been working with Dr. Laura Baxter (Chiropractor) and Zach Sporbeck (RMT), and have nothing but good things to say. Both of Laura and Zach have been extremely professional and personable, would highly recommend them both and Massage Addict in general. 5-stars

Terrible service. I came in to relax after not getting a massage for three years and the RMT complained about how she's been trying to get married the last three years and how her venue has been messing around on her and her fiancé. I answered to be nice, but it wasn't an invitation to complain and talk to me for the 40 minutes that were left .. I was a client yet I felt like I was her therapist. As she complained her hands weren't even doing what they should be - she was completely not into it. The music also stopped and it was awkward at one point - she indicated 20 minutes later that she didn't realize the music went off and had a lot going on in her mind.. I understand we all have bad days but if you can't even fake it, maybe take a day off to regroup yourself. I will NEVER be back again.

Booked a massage online, but wanted to schedule one for my spouse at the same time.left a voicemail to book an appointment for the other massage.Never heard back.called back once a day and never got a return call.finally call them back and was able to talk to someone and now the day i requested is full.really unfortunate that i wasnt contacted and this was going to be my first visit as a new client. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Laura is the best chiro that I have been to by far! I have been seeing her for a few weeks and my sciatica and back pain have been feeling so much better. She’s so amazing at what she does and I cannot thank her enough! I strongly recommend you go and see her, you will definitely not be disappointed! :)

I have had hundreds of massages over the years and my recent one with Manny was definitely the best. I came in with bad neck and back pain and he immediately went to work. I couldn't believe the amount of spots and knots he found and worked on. He also gave me some good advice and exercises to work on myself to avoid future injuries. Will be going back to see Manny in the future.
