Busy place! Drive-thru always has a huge line. Not enough staff, they seem to concentrate on Drive-thru making it impossible to order inside. Clean inside and staff is friendly.

This Tim Hortons never lets me down. It's awesome. It's nothing like the Marysville Tim Hortons, which constantly disappoints. If I to the Marysville Tim Hortons and their ice capp machine is broken, I go to this one and their ice capp machine works. If I go to the Marysville Tim Hortons and they have no chicken, I go to this one and they have chicken. If I go to the Marysville Tim Hortons and the don't have eggs, this Tim Hortons has eggs. If I go to the Marysville Tim Hortons when they are promoting pumpkin spice donuts and Tim Bits but when you get up to the order kiosk in your car....they don't have any pumpkin spice donuts or tidbits, then I drive down the road to this Tim Hortons and they have pumpkin spice donuts and timbits.See the pattern here Tim Hortons Head Office? This Tim Hortons is great. The Marysville Tim Hortons has much room for improvement and its been like that for years.

Very disappointed in the interaction tonight,,the person on the drive thru window was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her, I thought perhaps they were closing but nope when I asked she rudely stated 11 pm and it was only 930!! Like I said very disappointing,, if you have an extra 30mins make the drive to Fredericton or Chipman for Robin's the customer service is worth it!

Had a wonderful older lady serve me. She made me feel like she was really interested in helping me. The younger workers there, I noticed they looked like they were there because they had to be.

Stopped here before lunch and was unable to get any steeped tea (machine was down). A few hours later, we stopped again and was able to get tea. Great to see the quick fix. Service was quick and polite.

First time visiting this Tim Hortons no complaint staff was nice order was correct. The lady working the sandwich counter confirmed our order also to make sure that it was typed in accurately.

Went through the drive thur, lady at the window took my money and ended up giving herself a pretty good tip without me knowing about it. I counted my change and noticed she gave me the incorrect amount and when I spoke up, I was just told to have a good day. She never offered to correct the mistake... very disappointing.
