This company deserves accolades! In spite of delays in getting the parts they needed to do the job they kept at it until the job was completed! Our first heat pump installation performed by a contractor no longer in business was an expensive exercise in stupidity by us, however Jason took pity on us and gave us a very good deal as well as excellent service! Thank you!

Jason and Marianne were so friendly and informative! They gave us all our options, including the pros and cons of each, and their own recommendation. They provided everything we needed qualify for huge rebates. The heat pump is the best household investment we have ever made. The air quality in our home has improved, we no longer have condensation on our windows, our house is cool is the summer and warm in the winter AND the hydro bill is so much less expensive. The tradesmen kept it tight, all the wiring and tubing is neatly organized and concealed and they didn't leave a speck of dirt behind! 10/10 would recommend these guys. They even do all the maintenance needed to keep the system in top shape all year! A+.

We can't speak enough about Jason and his team. Great customer service, the install team were all very sweet and useful guys.Explained how to use the system and were patient with our questions. They even fixed my hanging dryer vent. Highly recommended and we are loving the air conditioning!
