So happy to have a Vikki Drummond piece now displayed in my home. In true abstract form, everyone sees something a little different in it and it makes me smile each time I look at it. A true gem of an artist. I spent a long time admiring Vikki's studio and I was able to have a great conversation with her about the piece I finally settled on. I loved my experience with the help and insight I received while getting my first real piece of art.

Vikki is an incredible artist! Her studio takes you into a place of craziness, wonder and whimsy. I had been following her for a while and finally bought my first piece a few years back. It hangs on my wall proudly and aways gets comments. 2 years ago I visited Vikki at her Victoria gallery and bought my second piece ‘Dennis the menace’. Vikki is a true cool soul and her art should be taken in by everyone!

I bought one of Vikki’s paintings a few years ago in Kelowna and I love it. It always intrigues me - it reminds me of a Cirque de Soleil performer. So I started following Vikki on social media. And I love all of her work. I love faces, and so often that is the subject of her work - but each piece is not just a face. They’re unusual, complex, colourful, always different, slightly abstract at times and they each seem to have a backstory for the viewer to imagine - especially when coupled with the name/title. I just bought 3 more pieces online recently and it worked out timing-wise that I was going to be in Victoria for a day, so I also went to Vikki’s studio to see the work in person before making my final selection. In the end I did change one choice (I chose Lyle over Bart). And what a delight it was to meet Vikki and see her charming workspace. Meeting the artist is always a huge moment for me because I get to remember who they are/were whenever I look at their work in my home. And Vikki was awesome - gracious and welcoming. We had a wonderful visit, and I learned about her process and inspirations. It all felt like a full-circle moment to meet the artist I’ve admired for years, and see the work I purchased in her hands. A memorable experience. Now my mind keeps wandering back to the huge 3-person piece I saw in the workshop. I’ll send a letter to Santa.

I'm so inspired by Vikki's paintings! In love with her work! Walking into her sweet gallery was wonderful! Full of smiles and good energy she took time to get to know me and to show me her work. I loved her work, whimsical and fun in a unique way, and allowing room your imagination. They give me great joy and have a purpose to me. Thank you Vikki for making my apartment complete!
