Great video game store. I always prefer buying hard copies of games over digital so that you actually own it and can lend or resell the game.They have a cool membership service and great customer service.

Customer service issues. They seem to have real issues honouring warranty with a smile on their face. That being said it's a pretty easy issue to fix. This place could be awesome.

The store is nice. A bit small but what can you say for a shop inside the mall!Only thing I wish they had more of was PS4 equipment and such. They have so much gadgets and platform chargers for PS5 but almost nothing for PS4.Overall a good store and the staff are lovely!

I travel to the store to purchase a micro SD card so that my nintendo switch can actually store memory and I can actually play games. For example some games you can't even play without the required memory and the nintendo switch consoles don't come with enough. So I have to walk my way into the store and buy the extra memory in the form of a micro SD card. The problem is that that micro SD card doesn't work! So I call nintendo to try to troubleshoot the issue, I end up grabbing another micro SD card I had from an old camera and it turns out that it works. So the gamestop card I bought is broken? What a joke! Nintendo suggests that I replace the micro SD card that I bought from the gamestop store. What a terrible experience. I don't live close to the store. Hours away. Who's going to pay for my gas and such to go about replacing this? Stop leaving customers in the dust for your faulty bad quality usless products! There's no excuse!!!! UPDATE: the 128 gb size micro sd cards do not work on Nintendo switch. You have to buy the 64gb size. Warning, do not buy the 128gb size for the nintendo switch, they are not compatible. Only the 64gb size and lower. But they don't tell you this.

We will not be spending another single cent at this store.My wife purchased a refurbished Nintendo Switch at this store for the kids' xmas present. After about 4 months and only 6 or 7 uses, the machine no longer works and doesn't even turn on.You'd think we'd be able to get a repair, replacement or trade-in? Nope. Their response? Sorry about your luck fella. You should of bought a warranty.This is after I went there and they said they'd call me back because they didn't know what to do but never did. I had to go back there a second time only for them to have to call me back later. This time they did call to say they won't do anything.As soon as you walk out that door, forget it, they won't be standing behind anything they sell you. You've gotta pay extra for that! Shop somewhere else.

Dopp is the only reason I still actively shop with this company. The only manager that will actively tell me current promotions, call me when a game I have preordered has a better version, and let me know when product he knows I'll be interested in is available.He doesn't ensure a great shopping experience just because I'm a past employee; he takes the same care of every person who walks in the door and isn't rude (and even the customers that are sometimes because bad days happen to everyone). He's been like that since the beginning and still continues to be the best customer service experience you'll find at any GameStop.PS. Chris Carr was an ex employee, the first review when you search from lowest (Sunny B) is actually about him. Please do yourself a favour and ignore his review.

Went looking for a ps3 cord....sold me an obsolete phone cord thing.I'll stick to Amazon.Paid almost $40 for a cord I can't use from GameStop but cost me $15 for 4 cords I wanted.Only make a mistake like that once.Far as games go, better off with a subscription service for whatever system you use...the new PS Plus is awesome!!!

Couldn't get a lot of Pokémon packs all at once but still a great selection both for Pokémon and games. I recommend this store for trade ins as they have many deals for trade ins.

They're always good to me at this store. I get good game suggestions from the staff. They're fun to talk with. For me, this is the difference between downloading on my system or visiting a store.
