Silver Springs off-leash park
Our favorite dog park in the NW Calgary area. (Emzy) and I try to visit 3 or 4 times a week. Recently we've stopped to chat to the volenteers that keep the place looking beautiful. Some of the kindest people I've met.The park itself is by a busy street with no fence, so if you're dogs recall isn't the medico, I'd recommend a different park.The decorations around Christmas time were beautiful.

We always have a great time here and Dezi goes home too pooped to move for the rest of the night.Have encountered a couple of aggressive dogs in our visits but 99% of the time every dog gets along famously. Love that it's fenced in but huuuuge enough that it doesn't matter.

Silver Springs off-leash park
It's one of the best off-leash dog parks in the city. Never super crowded and beautiful gardens with different trees and flowers. Excellent option for a relaxing walk with or without your fury friend.

Great for long walks with your pet. Lots of pet friends playing and interacting with each other!Lovely flower gardens!Something for everyone, but best for pet owners to make pet and human friends.

First time at this lovely park, look forward to going back such a beautiful job on decorations everywhere, friendly people and dogs.Also looking forward to seeing the park gardens in the summer.Beautiful community

Great park in any time of the year. Lots of visual interest for humans as well. It is not fenced, however, so I would not recommend it for dogs with poor recall.

We didn't go for the dog off-leash park. We went to see the botanical gardens. They were beautiful and peaceful.

Silver Springs off-leash park
This is an amazing park to bring your dogs for off leash play. The grounds are nicely kept and there is very little chance of mud since the paths are cover with wood shavings (mulch?) which keeps the dogs from getting dirty. Everyone there is also extremely friendly and I would definitely go back.
