Prospect Lake Auto Care
Went in to get an alignment after replacing my CV axles and a tie Rod end. The price for the alignment was fair for a local business and the customer service was great. They gave me a good observation on what I can do to tune my car up in the future as well

Prospect Lake Auto Care
We've had 3 occasions to take our vehicles here, and we will continue to use Prospect Lake Auto Care. A 2008 HONDA FIT, and a 2001 3/4 ton GMC. Impressed with the extra effort to get vehicles repaired and back to owners

Very HONEST! Very RELIABLE! Hard to find an automotive place that won’t try to rip you off these days. You pay good money to get good service. They are very knowledgeable and the lady who spoke with me over the phone was so kind and super intelligent. Highly recommend!

My car randomly started having issues so I pulled into Mike’s place (Prospect Lake Auto Care). Reception right off the bat was so incredibly helpful. They were very quick to look into what was happening, explain it to me and give me a quote. They ordered the parts and the work was finished the next day. Definitely recommend.

I was having battery trouble and had to go on a trip in in 3 days. They squeezed me in, did a battery check and we agreed it would soon need replacing. They did it the next day and I was ready for my trip. They were quick and very pleasant to deal with. Based on this experience, I would recommend them.

Prospect Lake Auto did an excellent job on my car. They figured out the issue and fixed it. I was kept well informed throughout the process regarding how they were fixing the issue and the cost. They were very efficient! Had my car back in no time and now works perfect! They are definitely going to be my go to mechanics from here on in!

I will be using Prospect lake auto care again they have amazing staff and service. They fit me in and repaired my truck in less time then I expected. Very impressed across the board. Great place to go and the place im using from now on.
