Sean, Wayne, Brian, Andrew formed the perfect team to do our complete kitchen reno. We had excellent advice and suggestions as to what might look and work best. The workmanship was excellent, and I especially appreciated the attention to keeping a clean workspace. I highly recommend Welcome Home" for any and all renovation projects. One last thing that needs mentioning "there were no hidden costs" no surprises just quality product and work. Everyone loves our new kitchen!!"

If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly discourage anyone who is wanting to customize a kitchen to stay away from Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath. We had an appointment with Ashley on April 12. We are working with a contractor and he set our kitchen budget. We brought a kitchen idea board with us and at the beginning of the appointment Ashley looked at our ideas and said our budget wouldn’t accommodate what we wanted. We told Ashley that we have a little extra money to put onto our kitchen budget. Going though all of our options Ashley did not once tell us pricing for any of the options we were talking about. We left the appointment with colours picked out and no estimate of kitchen pricing. Ashley said she would have our kitchen renders to us and our contractor the following week. Ashley also told us that our contractor was good with the build time of 4 weeks. Our contractor then needed to come back to our house to remeasure things for Ashley and he sent those measurements off to her. I sent 5 emails to Ashley with only a response to 1. When I called Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath on Friday May 6 to speak with Ashley she did not give me the time of day or any information about our kitchen, only that she had only just received the numbers from our contractor, which is highly questionable. Our contractor was sent the renders, final cost and wait time on Tuesday May 10. The wait time went from 4 weeks to 20 weeks with no explanation. When our contractor looked at the renders he needed to get an itemized list from Ashley because the kitchen was extremely over budget. Our contractor has gone into Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath to speak with Ashley and she has not been there, he has also been emailing her with little luck to get an itemized list. It has been an absolute terrible experience with Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath and Ashley. I will never recommend this company to anyone. We received zero respect when it came to our budget, needs or wants. For a kitchen designer to say I will have everything done next week and then we don’t receive anything until 4 weeks later and then have to fight to get an itemized list for us to nix items because we were not told any pricing during our appointment is completely unacceptable business practice. Ashley knew our contractor was starting work at the end of May and during our appointment did not say wait times would be an issue but then takes 4 weeks to design our kitchen and then finally emails our contractor saying the wait time is 20 weeks. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

We were extremely pleased with our whole experience. From design to finished product everything was taken care of in a professional way and our new kitchen turned out to be beautiful and exactly what we wanted. All we had to do was pick out our colors and finishes. I would highly recommend this company.

Kudos to Kim, Brian, Julie and the team from Welcome Home for the job they did on our recent kitchen renovation. The time it took and timing of the project were as advertised, a welcome departure from what can often be a frustrating aspect of any project. We really appreciated the options available, the attention to detail, the ability to find unique solutions to a couple of challenging issues and the meticulousness evident when cleaning up each day before departure and at completion of the project. Combining these elements with very competitive pricing is a winning formula. We are so happy we made the decision to go with Welcome Home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE !!!!We are so grateful for our amazing experience with Welcome Home!! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Not one complaint. Charlie took his time with us to pick out every detail. He was organized and has amazing vision to visualize how everything would look as we pieced it together. He always got back to me within an hour to answer any questions. His communication is a huge asset in a big renovation project!! Sean, the project manager, was fantastic!!! His experience and expertise made the entire experience run so smoothly. We could not have asked for a better guy to get the job done. He makes sure everything is done properly and to the highest standard. The crew - Mark, Brad, Andrew, Jordan and Mike.. you guys are the best! We couldn't have asked for better guys to get the work done. They were excellent at their jobs. Everything was completed to the highest standard. They were always professional and a great crew to be around. We had to be out of our kitchen, main bath and bedrooms, and they made the experience as easy as possible. They made sure to get us back into our bedrooms ASAP which we really appreciated. They kept everything extremely clean each night. We truly could not have asked for a better company all around. We will miss seeing the guys each day. We are so happy with the final results!!! Our home is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you Welcome Home!!!!!!!

From the moment we started working with Welcome Home, they treated us exceptionally. Although we had a smaller project, they did not make us feel like our business was not wanted like other places we had went for quotes. They worked around our budget and the price point for the quality of cabinets is amazing. Special thanks to Melany for being so patient with all design changes, Sean and Wayne for their insight throughout the project and Brian for helping us with pickup!

I highly recommend Welcome Home! Brian, Kim and their crew were professional and courteous! Kim and Brian were very helpful during the whole process. I had a few little issues with the cabinets and they came back right away and fixed the problem. I accidentally put a mark on the end panel with a marker and Brian came right away the same day to remove it. The kitchen and bathroom renovation is gorgeous!
